The staff here lacking. The past couple of times I've been in, they've been extremely rude to me. The quality of the food is lacking too. They just throw the food in the bag and toss it on the counter.

Keeps raising its prices. Most expensive taco bell in the area. The one on Green valley boulevard is cheaper, has better staff and will make your order without mistakes. This taco bell is always dirty, gets mobile orders incorrect and never checks its soda machine. Owner doesn't care about it's customers. Just a commodity in Alamo. Honestly just taco bell location that does a disservice to the name of Taco Bell which is a low expectation already. If you like paying an extra 69 cents for every item on the menu then go ahead and pick this spot.

If I could rate negative stars, I would! I ordered 4 items and each item was wrong. I asked them before I left, and they confirmed the order was right. I got home to discover every item was different. How hard is it to get this right?

I happened to stop by Taco Bell in Alamo, Ca .I'm not from the area so I just happen to see it , my teens were with me and were hungry !As I walked in the restaurant was very clean , very organized!The cashier that took our order very friendly, repeated our order correctly..I could see the cooks in the back - wearing gloves, and masks ! One of the cooks " I believe his name is - Saul"Came and brought our food out , asked if we needed anything else and if there was something else he could get for us! Which made it very nice- since you really don't get service like that anymore ( not even at high end restaurants ) .

The restaurant was very clean, service was just right … Cashier took our order and very friendly.. I could see the cooks in the back , when making our food - they wore gloves, and also had masks, They too were also very friendly- One of the cooks Name was Saul I believe.. Very friendly person came and brought our food to our table , and kindly asked if we needed anything else ! Made sure everything was the way we ordered it … I would definitely recommend stopping by ..

My husband reiterated that he wanted steak gorditas and got something else that was dry and not good. I couldn’t eat it because it tasted funny.
One of our 11yo girls in our jiujitsu gym popped her knee. They asked for ice. I didn't know where to get as I'm not from the area. I have eaten at this taco bell and the staff has always been very nice so I thought I'd give the odd request.Cashier super nice and asked manager. They filled a small bag of ice that we applied until her mom arrived at gym to take her to kaiser.Gym was appreciative as well.We will definitely support this local establishment.Hopefully they will bring back the Tostada!!!
