FYI- I’m a regular this restaurant. Today (03/07/2024) the customer service was unprofessional and not acceptable. The server was chatting with his friends and won’t take the our order. In the middle of the order the server continued chatting with his friends (who were in the restaurant). I’ve to wait beyond long for my beverage. I’ve to ask few times for my beverage. Not only that when my kids asked for toys the server smirked and said it is 5 dollars. All in all todays experience is leaving me in jeopardy whether to continue to come to this restaurant or not.

Check your order for accuracy! I just wasted $8 for some dry cinnamon twist that were missing the caramel sauce. Despite numerous employees working someone slipped up. At least the pizza was decent but will go to a different location next time.

I'm a loyal customer and order from here all the time. I also pay the $1.50 or so per cup of ranch when I order. But upon ordering tonight, I noticed that more than half the ranch I ordered tasted like a cheap hidden valley dressing. Only two out of six tasted like the normal Round Table ranch. I'm not sure if they're trying to save money or just cutting corners by doing this now, but it feels unethical and does not reflect the routine expectations that a normal Round Table should meet based on the company's products. Will not be ordering from here again.

I always seem to have issues. I love round table, but their customer service is lacking. I ordered twists tonight, came with no sauce. The driver checked the receipt and saw that I should have received two. He said he would come back with them. I waited and now they are cold and soggy. It’s been over an hour now and nothing. I called and got no answer!

Open until 10pmLate dinner with my folks at 9pm. The owner was so nice to my 81 year old parents. He gave us a senior discount, was joking around with us. My Dad walked behind the counter to be able to read the draft beers - guy was not even phased by it. I forgot how much I really like Round Table pizza. We used to come here after El Cerrito High football games. Love those thin slices, the flavor is great!We ordered an X-Large half Linguica and black olive for my Dad, half vegetarian for my Mom. They were both super happy. Glass of Cabernet for Mom, Lagunitas beer for my Dad. I had some type of white Zinfandel which was fine. We were the only customers in the whole place which made me s little sad that there wasn't a lot of business for them. Very nice people.
I just purchased a pizza from this location Round table .. and the MANAGER & STAFF. Prepared our pizza perfectly.I even had to call the restaurant and speak with the manager to let him know , how please I was with the order. I usually don’t do reviews but in this case I will.Thank you to Management and staff ???

Hello Loves. I used to come here a pre-Covid with my client (Im nurse) for lunch and it was a nice atmosphere. Swoosh and everything has changed. The Pizza is still round but the Surroundings are different as well as staffing. Not as inviting but, Staff not rude at all. Customers were! (I'm not the one Pumpkin Seed). Any Hoot, Sugars,I will continue to order when I am in the Area because at the end of the day, the Pizza wasn't That Bad ? .Smooches ??
