were here near closing time. unpleasant and surly man made us two absolutely disgusting drinks (one decaf one not) wgich hoth tasted like watered down burnt sock juice). it would be terrible coffee, even in tegions where coffee us not great. in the bay area....dirty water of kind is unthinkable.

Cute place to sit and bagel sandwiches were decent but all the coffee tasted pretty bad, had a weird mechanical taste to it and we couldn't drink more than a third

Only giving 1 star because the coffee was good and that's partly because they had brown sugar out in the open for you to prepare as you wish but even then that raises the question of sanitation. However, my lack of the remaining 4 stars is due to the service. The man who works behind the register and prepares the food was incredibly rude. He not only stares at you with disgust, but gets your order wrong AND burns the bagels. The environment is just hostile and he stares at you while you eat. What a weirdo. Employees who pick and choose who they are nice to are entirely unprofessional.

Been here a few times. The first two I ordered Borgia which is pretty good. Third time I came I asked for a cappuccino and gave me something else. Forth time I ordered matcha mint chip latte and gave me matcha latte. I told the staff I couldn't taste the mint chip and that's when he said they don't have mint chip. Monday staff always messes up the order.

I got a latte, it was average. They are not environmental friendly, to-go cups are plastic also they don’t offer porcelain cups for here orders. Unfortunately, staff is rude too. My friend asked for the Wifi password and they told her she needs to order first. It turned out to be that the password was on the wall.

Menu and selection is top notch but I would say execution is very very mediocre for both food and drinks. Feels like quantity over quality which makes me sad to say cuz it’s a nice place.
