They have the most legit Xian liangpi and Chinese hamburger. Don't be like "Chinese hamburger has onion and green pepper in it" I am from Xian I know how exactly it should be like, don't pretend that you are some authentic Chinese knows how it should be and tell them that you should add onions. Liangpi has the closest taste that I can remember from my hometown. 10/10 food 10/10 service. Other noodles are good too, wontons and dumplings.

Haven't tried too many dishes but I love this small family owned business! I usually just order the Xi'an cold style noodle, which is liang pi in chinese. This noodle dish does not have meat, just noodles, bean sprouts, cucumbers, and the sauces. It is spicy and vinegar-y, which makes it a very light refreshing meal. This restaurant makes their liang pi noodles fresh every day so they have a limited amount of servings per day. I would highly recommend this dish!

Overpriced. A so-called Chinese burger would cost you $7 where you can get it for $4 else where. The waitress or owner, a middle age woman with purple dyed hair, was extremely rude. I was picking up my food around 9:45 pm, and according to their business hour, they open until 10:00 pm. The woman gave me a very nasty look and kept mumbling that they are closing at 9:30 pm. I showed her what the business hour is on Yelp, and she said that doesn't matter and she doesn't even bother to change the information. No credit card is accepted under $25. Shouldn't believe the 4 stars since there are only few reviews. Stay away. Ps. Had to go to bathroom couple times after eating their spicy noodle. Probably the food is not clean anyways.

Ordered Liangpi (Xi'an style cold noodles) and it was fast and delicious!!!Best Liangpi in LA county ever! Also love their Green Chives Fried Dumplings (2 in each order) it tastes crispy on the outside and full of tiny shrimp flavor in the fillings. I don't care how the owner interact with customers the food is worth it. I drove 30 mins to get here. I don't regret it. Amazing food.

This little place serves excellent noodle dishes! My favorite are the big chicken noodle dish and the liang pi cold noodles. The owner takes a lot of pride in her dishes. I was a little late picking up once and she called us to tell us we had to pick up right away. When I arrived, she said next time you should order when ready to pick up right away because the dish doesn't age well (it's cooked noodles after all). She also mentioned that there's a lot of dishes she doesn't currently serve because they have to be eaten right away. I think it's great that she takes pride in her food. The food's delicious!

Best Liang Pi in the area! The restaurant is really clean. They also have really good pork and shrimp dumplings! I really hope this restaurant survives COVID because it's such a hidden gem in the 626.

Food overall is nicely balanced. The restaurant owners are super friendly and if you speak mandarin, let me emphasize on the super part. Lucky my bf and I had a companion who could carry on a long conversation with her. Otherwise, it'd feel a little weird! But let's get to the food... We ordered the Sizzling Flat Noodles, Spicy Fatty Beef (from the chef special) and I think we ordered the pork wonton (not sure which one). I was a bit worried about the food being a bit too spicy at first, but everything was actually amazing. There were a bit too many peppercorns for my taste, but hey, I was alright! The spice level isn't crazy numbing to the point where I couldn't taste the food or feel my tongue. Those are all pluses! They cleaned the intestines pretty well for the Spicy Fatty Beef dish. Normally, I don't like that part as much because of the overwhelming after taste. The other 2 dishes we ordered were simple, but it made our tummies pretty happy. The wontons were teeny tiny and I do think they could be bigger but it's very sweet and fresh. The flat noodles were awesome. The texture is bouncy and the noodles soaked in the sauce which was extremely flavorful. Paired up with an egg...phew that was a great combo! Simple and satisfying! We didn't get a chance to order the fish this time, but I'll be back to try it. I've got to say, this is one of the few places where I left a restaurant with a happy stomach that didn't burn while my mouth enjoyed that nice kick of spiciness!

Been here at least 4 times and the food is absolutely delicious. Start with one of their cold plates. Extremely fragrant dishes that delight the senses. Their spicy dishes aren't just spicy but also complex and rich in aroma. We always order a sizzling iron plate with noodles as well. Very unique flavors. Also many choices for those who don't eat spicy. The owners of the store are extremely friendly and engaging. Plan to return many times.
