It's the right price, the quality is consistent, and I can get ~exactly~ the thing I want.This location was clean, all of the food looked fresh, the people working were busy but still very nice and professional.Honestly it was a lifesaver after trudging through the grocery store and 20 other errands on a rainy day ?Bless you Blaze Pizza, out here holding it down for regular folks.

my mother bought a pizza here last night for dinner. shes been throwing up among other things since 3am, she got food poisoning from your food! your staff need to pay more attention & fully cook your pizzas/ingredients!!!

I'm a passionate fan of Blaze Pizza, and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call me the Blaze Knight of SGV. Whenever I visit a new place, I always check out how the Blaze Pizza is there. On the evening of February 16th, a Friday, I came to this location and noticed that work had everyone overwhelmed, especially the last guy who had to bake pizzas, handle the checkout, and even run to the kitchen. Why does he have to do so much by himself? Naturally, the pizza turned out a bit too charred this time. I hope this Blaze can improve because I really love their pizza.

Woman employee seemed to be having a boring day as I ordered and listened to her conversation with her friend/customer about some job related drama. Never once was she friendly. She wasn't rude either but it makes it feel like she hates her job. I saw two workers there and it was pretty awkward to just stand there waiting and seeing this happen.

Came on a Friday at 730p - THEY WERE OUT OF SO MANY THINGS from crusts, to toppings, to all beers / all wine! They were even out of olive oil. Come on.

Food was amazing went in today around 3 pm was empty was able to get out in less than 15 mins cashier/ oven smith was awesome his name was FAVIAN he also helped build my pizza I got a red vine with extra tomatoes and bacon pizza came out nice and crispy shoutout to FAVIAN !!
Terrible service. Went in with my husband & we ordered two Build Your Own pizzas. I ordered pepperoni, pineapple (yes, pineapple), & jalapeños on the side. The guy putting my pizza together got flustered at my request for jalapeños on the side. So after he finished putting my husband's pizza together, he apparently went to talk to the first guy that helped us, Favian, who proceeded to tell us they no longer give jalapeños on the side. What?! Why?! I opted for the Build Your Own instead of the cheaper two-topping pizza to get my jalapeños. It's still a topping, I just didn't want it cooked in the oven. If that really is a new "policy," it's a pretty lame one. Then my husband paid for our orders & Favian who rang us up walked away. We stood there & the other guy asked Favian if we were done, to which he said yes. But my husband asked for a receipt & of course.. Favian rolled his eyes?! The other guy ended up printing out a receipt & handing it to my husband. Such poor customer service for a place that serves customers directly. & Favian seemed to be a shift supervisor or something - unfortunately, because he needs a bit (or a lot) more customer service training. Anyway. We politely waited for our order & went home. Didn't even bother asking for any other condiments like pepper. Pizza is decent in a pinch, but customer service is poor so because of that 100 out of 10 would not recommend this location. Oh & we got home & my pizza was sliced all funky. Come on, slicing guy, you had one job!

I like Blaze Pizza a lot in general but this store was the least pleasant. The staff were not very competent when it came to their Keto option on the Blaze Pizza app. I had to leave the line to look up what goes into the Keto option on the app for them to make it for me. I found that very inconvenient and inconsistent. Why isn't there a Signature option also available in store? Another irk was that they responded to guests, including me, that they are out of this or that (meat options, cheese options, sauces) some pretty common items for pizza. That's beyond wild to me. Last but not least, for how family friendly this place is, including that time I was in the store, there were lots of kids, the staff (one particular) was just using profanity and awful lot. I get if this was behind closed doors, in the back room etc., but at the front where you're making the pizza and ringing folks up? I have pretty bad hearing but if I'm able to hear it waiting for my pizza, I'm sure the families up front can certainly hear it. I'd come again but order on the app for pickup. Wouldn't want to hang out at this place very long or interact with the staff. I'd recommend the same for everyone else.

Cooked to perfection! High-rise create Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch). It had crispy edges and a fluffy inside. Great service! Music was just the right volume so you are not yelling across the table.
