Mistake 1. They Handed me wrong pizza than what I have ordered(gave pepperoni pizza for Vegan pizza ordered ) which I checked upon reaching home.2. when I called the store they said they will give credit but when I asked few more details, they hung up on me! Very Poor Customer Service!!

My son was jonesing for Domino's. I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of chain pizza franchises (more mom and pop pizza supporter) but Domino's Pizza did not disappoint. Walked in, order him a pizza, they quickly made it and I had a hot pepperoni pie in no time! The service was great and so was the quality of the pizza!

Ordered food online tonight, wait time was 65-85 minutes online which I didn't see until after I placed the order but I didn't mind waiting, the site updated me and everything telling me the food would be done soon and even showed the tracker moving around the city yet nothing ever showed up to my door. The delivery driver wasn't even close to my house at the last location it showed and just marked it as done. Have been trying to contact the store and no one is answering. Will NEVER be ordering from here ever again.

Terrible service - I ordered a pizza online and I show up 1 hour later to find a line of 25 customers in the same position and we were all told our pizza has not been made yet and they will put you at the front on the line. Worst

Terrible service with a clueless employee. I arrived when my order was supposed to be ready. The employee working the register was a complete idiot and couldn't find it the order. The manager showed it to him it right in front of him and told him it was incomplete. They then tell me that it would be another 10 minute wait.At that point I was angered and done. So I told the Idiot to cancel and refund the incomplete portion of the order. He looked at me with a blank face totally confused. He then tried refund the entire order. I told him again, but all I got was clueless blank look. I told the Idiot 3 times and he still didn't get it. I also had a hard time making sense of what he was saying as he basically was mumbling in a low voice. Seriously, is this guy retarded? I had enough of pathetic service and asked for another employee to assist me and to process a full refund. It took him about 15 seconds to complete the refund. Meanwhile the idiot stood there looking completely lost.Now maybe this guy may have had some mental issues, so if he does, my apologies. But they shouldn't have him on a register that deals directly with paying customers. That's like having a blind person as a delivery driver. My main complaint was not about the guy on the register, it's the terrible incompetent service. While I was there, there was another customer requesting a refund because her or was also incomplete, and had been waiting for a long time. There were other customers there also complaining about having to wait for so long for an order that was supposed to be ready. In the end, I didn't even get an apology for the terrible service. This was my first time ordering from this Domino's, it will be my last. Go somewhere else, this place is patheti when it comes to service.

Just ordered a pizza and wanted to pay cash only had 100 bill and guy wouldn't take the money nor give me change! Took the food back what kind of bullshit is that!!! Fuck this dominoes.
