Interesting concept of build your own hotpot. You will pick 4 veggies, 3 meats with your broth of choice. I always get a bit overwhelmed when it's a new place and build your own since I don't know all the options yet. Luckily, it was just my husband waiting behind me; he could wait. There were many veggie options. Both glass displays when you order in the start are veggies. I made mistake of only looking at the first glass display. Then around the corner they have the meat options. They have a good selection. Found myself trying the marinaded beef, lamb, and pork. All were delicious in my Szechuan broth. I only got mild, which definitely had a kick. I think I could have taken medium spice level. You pick a seat after you pay and they will bring the food over to your table. Food was piping hot, which I like. Straight from boiling pot to the bowl for me to eat! Overall, I enjoyed my dinner. Very flavorful and the bowl was very large, I couldn't finish the whole thing. I'll definitely visit again to try more of their options.

Customer service was awesome. Food was great quality, cooked well and very casual atmosphere. Highly recommend and will be back

There is no outdoor seating, despite stating there is on this Yelp page. The food was okay, but keep in mind it is not real actual hot pot with fire and rolling boil. You choose what you want and they just cook it for you in the back and bring it out in a bowl. There were only two staff entirely, so service was slow.

Went yesterday at lunch time. Shortly after it opened. Food called is okay. Nothing exceptional I had this as one broth and it was a little Bland. Meats are all fairly fatty broccoli had a bit of a funky taste. Service was good the place was clean but there is a big ol Board of Health B on the front door.Certainly not even close to some of the better Hot Pot places in the area probably wouldn't go back. One positive. Plenty of free parking right behind the restaurant in the garage

Nice “fast hotpot” where you choose the vegetables, meats, broth, and noodles. They cook it for you and bring it out in a couple of minutes. Very clean inside.

I used to come here a lot to eat their kimchi "choose your pot" and to go'ed it before covid... But we have been practicing not going out so I hadn't been here in awhile, but my husband was around the city for work so he to go'ed me my fav pot. I gave up after like 3 bites. I asked for potatoe noodles (the most amazing flat glass looking noodles) and I don't even think it's the same noodles anymore. Now I think they use the circle glass noodles you can get anywhere. But worst of all, they put it in the dish. Every time I try to lift the noodles, it would break because it is soooo soggy. Who does that? Who put a noodle in the actual dish when you are packing for a to go? The broth was off too, it was wayyyy too tangy than from before and the meat and veggies did not taste fresh anymore. I hate to write such a horrible review during covid, but if they are doing mainly to go because of the pandemic, maybe they should learn to package properly and try to make the food, if not better, the same as before. Such a disappointment to something I was realllly loooking forward to.

I Doordashed some food for my parents and they really liked the aroma and flavor of the food. The only issue is that the portion sizes are small when considering the price.

Earth Kitchen is a pretty authentic place for personal hotpot. If you're like me, one hotpot per week, then you must give Earth Kitchen a try! I would recommend go with the Signature Hotpot at your first visit since you get to try a bite of everything if you don't know what combinations you like. Their mild Szechuan flavor are perfect for me or people who like spicy but don't want to get numb with your tongue. The hot spicy soup warms you up in the winter and goes really well with the potato chips. However, it is a little bit pricy. One signature hotpot (extra cents if pay with card) will cause nearly $20. If you prefer to get additional sauces with your hotpot, there're some extra fee while sauces are usually free in most of the hotpot restaurants. With such price, I would expect a bigger hotpot/more veggies in the signature pot or etc... Overall, I think Earth Kitchen still a good place for people who want to experience 四川冒菜(Sichuan Maocai) and maybe once in a while for hotpot regulars. *This is something irrelevant but ..this place has been on one of the busiest street for a while and I didn't know about it until very recently! The restaurant should make their logo bigger/more obvious or do some advertisements to increase brand exposure!!

You pick your "hot pot" base and toppings and they will cook it for you. It doesn't come with a boiling pot, but it's a good hot pot fix. I came a few times for their numbing spicy pot and tomato hot pots. Both are delicious. Earth Kitchen uses healthier ingredients and the price is reasonable. 4 stars because this place is good, but I like the boiling pot experience.

Perfect alternative to dine in hot pot during COVID shutdowns. Basically a chipotle style hot-pot. A must get every time I'm in the 626 area, and so so comforting in this cold weather. I usually get the build your own bowl, which gives you 4 vegetables and 3 meats of your choice. The best part? They also offer golden fish balls. It's like fish ball heaven! Sometimes I'll just get all fish balls for my meat order and get down. My only wish? That they had a location in OC!!!

Clean, fast, many options, and yum. Compared to common stir-fry food (and mostly heavily fried), hot pot is definitely more healthy. During the COVID-19, packaging is well done. Note you will need to ask for sauce which now costs $.50 apiece and if you don't ask they don't offer. It is understandable but it would be nice if they can provide one for free and charge for extra, or at least ask you whether you want one. A bit of the hassle to find two quarters after paying with credit cards.

Earth Kitchen has been a long time favorite. Getting delicious soup packed nicely during covid-19 is an extra plus. Portions are good, and I enjoy the house broth, spicy, and tomato broth. The tomato broth was perfect in terms of saltiness and savoriness. I only wish the sauces provided (to-go) are more substantial. I believe you have to pay extra for those too if you want more than the basic.

I enjoy every meal I get from here. No matter what day or time of day, House Bone Broth is always my go-to. The broth is refreshing and tasty. I love the marinated beef and masago fishballs! With the hotpot, I also get Chrysanthemum Tea. Stays good overnight and is a generous amount for the amount you pay. If your stomach is still not full, snacks here are great! (Fried buns, fried masago fishballs, korean frid chicken, and more!)

Food is good, but the establishment is dirty as f_ _k, windows so naked with dirt they tried to winded and it's just streaks, they have Christmas decorations still on there windows, spider webs on there windows, it's amazing how the management of the commercial building allows them to stay so dirty .. clean your place up people
