Went here on a Saturday morning around 10am with a group of 7. It was busy as to be expected but we didn't wait too long because they opened up the patio for dining. It worked out well for us. It got really full by the time we were finished. The only bad part was there was only one server for the patio. She was good but I hope another server worked the patio.

My mom was craving pancakes and asked me to get pancakes from IHOP.I had to go in person to place the order bc no one answers the phones.I new it was going to be bad.They forgot to put the fruit for my mom pancakes ? it was dried and falling apart. She didn't get to finish her pancakes she was looking forward to eat.My ham was the size of a 3 yr old toddler palm ?!!The eggs were watery, no flavor!Hash brown was burnt!!I pd over $35 .This IHop, gives a bad service along with the food, no effort to making the food taste better and serves you a small portion of HAMI'm so PISSED OFF!P.S...Mia, get yourself a real paying job this place is going down hill.DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ on food that doesn't have flavor.

Walked in at 8:45 pm and the placed smelled like damp rags had been sitting in the back all night, like some type of leak is going on and not fixed. We almost walked out, unfortunately I ordered some water and although it did not taste good, I drank it..... 4 hours later I had the worst food poisoning symptoms of my life. Fever, Chills, vomit, D word. You name it. Salmonella possibly, please dont drink the water here.

Came on a Wednesday at about 11 am. Big parking lot and huge seating availability to include outdoor seating.Waitress was friendly. She was a bit busy but not overwhelmed. The restaurant was at about 60% capacity. The food was good. Coffee pots are ridiculously small. Our ketchup bottle was empty, but nothing serious. Recommend the French Toast.The biggest turn-off bathroom was tiny compared to the giant dining area.

Went in around 11am to have breakfast for my sister birthday. Our first waitress was very kinda but the second waitress had loads of attitude. The food took a while to get to our table and once it arrived it wasn’t all appetizing, the only thing that was good were the pancakes. None of the waiters came and asked us how we were or if we needed anything else, and when we would ask for something they’d just give us a horrendous look. Near the end we asked for a juice and she forgot about it and so we asked again and once the waitress gave it to us, she looked very moody. I’d suggest to let your waitresses know that they should be presentable and very welcoming because if this behavior keeps up you will lose costumers.

Kinda hit a miss with the service here. Sometimes the staff is very on top of things but I feel like the last couple times I’ve gone we had to keep reminding them about things we ordered and food came out at different times. But the staff is always kind and always make the trip fun. Food is always cooked perfectly and the place is always clean.
