Amazing food, friendly service! The waitress explained how everything was and was super friendly. The soup came very quickly and it was absolutely delicious. There are several soup base flavors, I picked the sour/spicy one which reminds me of pickled veggie with fish soup, which I absolutely love. They also have small dishes, the potato strips are the best I've had in the US so far, they were thin and soft and reminded me of China.Prices were reasonable too!

The noodle soup here is delicious! You get to pick the soup base, and then either meat or veggie options. The meat options include some vege like bean sprout, bok choy. There is also the option of whether the noodle soup is served in a regular bowl or claypot (the recommended option for piping hot soup!)Highly recommend checking this place out. The person who explained the menu and served us was also super attentive and friendly :)

New joint, it's now a Northern Chinese noodle joint. Good food decent service. The noodles are interesting that you get to pick the broth first, then the meats, then the noodle, and even the containers. The flavor is authentic, and the price is reasonable (12-15 per person). Would recommend.Parking: Parking is in the back

Small place, modern and clean. I asked which noodle dish was the most popular. She pointed to this ($11.99). I think it's either #18 or 19. Once you receive the noodles, you add your own toppings, which I really like. Wow! These noodles are amazing. Thick rice noodles with just enough sauce to make it slippery without a broth. The crispy pork knuckle was especially good. I also ordered a Black Tea with Lemon & Honey, which was really good too and only $2.80. I'm coming back for sure.

If you are looking for something spicy, this is the right place. Their chilis are the spiciest. Besides the dried chili flakes, they have chopped bell peppers that are pickled spicy. It is spicier than the dried chilis, and leaves a tingly sensation on your tongue. I ordered #18 then popular Guilin rice noodle. Noodle was very smooth and chewy, perfect texture. The meats are well marinated too and tender. The fried pork was really crispy and savory, I wished they give a little more haha. The toppings are self served, but I think they are only for the Guilin noodle. Peanuts are a must, they add some crunchiness texture to the noodle. It's very cilantro friendly too, for people who don't like cilantros they can control that themselves, same for green onions. However, the noodle itself could have be more savory, it still tasted little bland with the chilis. Be careful with the amount you put though or you might end up sweating and your nose is stuffed and snotty. Would definitely come back and get it again. Very nice owner too :)

We have been wanting to try this new restaurant since they opened. We final went last Sunday around 6:45. We were a party of 8, it's a small place. So the owner Lily put two tables together for us. A lot of dishes were out, we ordered three Hainan Chicken with rice and three pho short ribs with bone rice noodles and two orders of Guillén rice noodles. The Hainan Chicken was just okay, I don't think I will order it again. But the other two dishes were pretty good. Both price and service are pretty good. Their self serve toppings are all gone except peanut. The peanut was excellent. We will definitely go back again.
