I have always overlooked this place as it's a small place in the corner, deveined to try it and it was soooo good. It's very hard to find good Mexican food in Alhambra but this has topped the list. I got a carnita burrito

How could one not love a place with a friends namesake. Was in a MOOD for huevos rancheros but saw the Torta and was game over. Chicken Torta for me and huevos rancheros for him. The service is quick and efficient running like clockwork and are very kind. The hot sauce is spectacular for my fellow capsaicin fans. Sinuses will be cleared! They toasted the Torta and pressed the Torta bread, so much fresh avocado and diced chicken. Ffing great y'all. See you around!

Mannys is always fast with their to-go orders! I live within walking distance so my food is ready for me by the time I get there like 90% of the time. The carne asada is chopped nice and small so it's easy to share with our toddler. The green and habanero salsas are delicious, also. The service is friendly and you can't beat the price.

Just discovered this Mexican restaurant. Great Carme asada tortas!! And tacos special!! I also tried their tamales this past Christmas 2021 and will be ordering again for the holidays. The masa is soft con sabor!! They are not shy with the meat. Very authentic Mexican food!!!

Our second time here. We love there food. So good. Today I had menudo it was delicious! Hubby had torta de carnitas ? very very good. Also had taquitos a la carte very very good. We will be coming more often.

I tried fish and shrimp Burritos!!! So good and full of Shrimps and Fish. What ever you prefer. I tried both and this place deserves 5 star.Manny's filling is good and size of Fish is really big.Good Job Miss Paola!! She is very sweet and helpful!!

I love the caldo de res (aka cocido) -- it comes the closest to my family's recipe. Their beans are also delicious. I order beans to-go for the following day. Restaurant is a hole-in-the-wall that is easy to miss.
