I usually don't write reviews for McDonald's given every experience is marginally exceptional food and service wise, but on a busy Thursday morning for breakfast we experienced SUPER FRIENDLY service and professionalism. The staff here do an incredible job which makes an impact. We are out of state visitors and the locals of Alhambra are very blessed to have such a nice McDonald's near by. Keep up the good work.

Love this branch. My kids love playing in their store. And I don't know why, but their fries is better than any other Mcdonalds. Definitely a must visit!

First I would like it to say I hate this the only Mac Donald’s in my area that’s 3 minutes away from morning shift to night shift they never seem to amaze me how rude and unpleasant the food be. I just talked to a manager 10:50 today at March 22nd to complain about the issue and he just hung up in my face. Never coming back to this mc Donald’s again.

My double big Mac wasn't put together right like I saw in the photo. It was double bread and all the meat slapped all in the middle and slanted which yeah it was good tasting but sloppy which I personally think more on site training is definitely needed so this doesn't happen to anyone else because it doesn't show good service which needs definite attention to improvement.

I very rarely go to McDonald's anymore because 8 out of 10 times to get the order wrong I have to be very very specific and repeat it several times. They get it wrong at the menu kiosk with a repeat it back to me three times I finally get it right I get up to the window I tell him what I want to again and sometimes it's still wrong They don't pay attention and that's the biggest problem with McDonald's employees I don't know whether it's training or they're just hiring incompetent people. The food is nothing special They don't grill their hamburgers They fry them on a flat grill not frame broiled like Carl's Jr. Everything is precooked so you're not getting something fresh if you request a specific way then they have to cook a fresh and I usually do that just so I get fresh food It's one of those places that if you're starving and you're in a hurry you can grab it but that's about all I can say about if it's good.Parking: The parking lot is big enough to handle the crowds.
We were in Alhambra to check on the house painter. The McDonald's busy. We ordered on the kiosk and sat down. They have a nice play area for kids here. Plenty of seating inside. Also tables outside. We picked up our order and we're on our way quickly. Food was good . Nice and clean . I would recommend this place when in the area.

Workers definitely don’t know how to listen to orders I ordered a large meal got the drink right but get home to find out they put a small fries in my bag.

Just had an annoying experience with the Senior Manager Aby. A few days ago we took the kids as a treat for happy meals because they were excited for the Disney toys. When we got home they were disappointed to find out they were given old Sonic toys. I was told we could keep the toys unopened and bring them back and exchange them. We returned with the kiddos the next day and was told by Aby that she would not honor what we were told and that they don't exchange them? Kiddos disappointed again and another wasted trip... Am I wrong to think that the toys being advertised all over the building should actually be what the kids receive? Had we known when we ordered them that they weren't available we would have gone somewhere else. I guess that's why they didn't tell us?
