Don’t go to this place. Kitchen is dirty. Egg roll dropped on kitchen floor and put back, Bad service, bad food, cheated you when you pay, add service fee, food to go container fee, add a few unknown dishes which we didn’t order. Mint leaves left over and collected them back for new customers. This restaurant is crooked.

This new noodle city should be 0 star. Very bad service and got charge for requesting to go box when we did not finish the food and want to take home. Also, service fee is charged in the bill before the tax. I didn't see it and pay the tips again. The owner said no, service fee is mandatory due to waiter bring the food out on our table. This is BS. I don't recommend anyone to go to this restaurant as I have learned my lesson at this place.

Got a medium size #4 and was super impressed by the amount of meat! It was actually lean cuts too. Very generous portion of noodle as well - medium size was really filling at a great price. Not a glamorous place but definitely good for a casual comfort meal.

Found the closest pho restaurant on Yelp. When I walk in it was a small restaurant there were about 15 tables. We ordered spring rolls, grilled pork vermecelli bowl, and pho combinations. The broth for the pho was not flavorful. It was lacking flavor. I had to add fish sauce. Also, the broth wasn't hot (temp) wise. I like my noodle soup very hot. They gave a good amount of meat and the tendons were perfect. It was soft enough. I rate the noodles 6/10. It could have been better. The nem nuong vermecelli bowl was okay. Perfect about od noodles and veggies. I had to order grilled pork on the side because that's what I wanted originally. I rate it 7/10.

My first time here and the PHO was delicious the broth was so rich and the flavor amazing. I got the medium size and couldn't finish it. The egg rolls were also good and the shrimp that didn't make it to the picture. The service is good, they serve the food fast and don't wait much. They explained everything if you have any questions. The ambiance was so busy on a weekday, It looks like it is very popular. Recommended it... I can say it's the best pho I have so far.

Nice and homely. I guess it's authentic but I found the broth a bit too meaty and the well done brisket was mostly fat. It's really about your preference. Not for me though.

Great open space filled with many large tables in rows and booths. Came here for lunch, ordered pho, spring rolls and triple color ice drink. First of all, the triple color "rainbow ice" drink was $6, I got basically half a cup of stuff and half a cup of ice. I didn't want that much ice but I don't think they understood me. Second, the pho broth was extremely disappointing... I've had better. The broth is dark brown, not clear enough to see through. The order I want was tripe and tendon rare steak but I feel like they gave me the whole shabang. Perhaps they assume I can't tell the difference. It's too much meat. Third, the spring roll prices are exorbitant. $12 for 5, they don't take a lot of effort to make, but they did a good job with the crisp level without burning it. Tastes good too. Just the price... Probably won't come back because I can't handle the broth that is straight salt. No other flavors.
I've eaten pho here countless of times and each time it's delicious! The service, along with the food, is reliable and comforting. The quality of the food does not vary with each visit as it's always a 10/10. I usually get #18, rare steak, along with egg rolls.

they had the worst service ever. my family and i waited to be seated and we ended up waiting a while and like 19 minutes later they were like "oh what can we do for you?" and we were like what?? they said to just sit anywhere... you waited to tell us that 10 minutes after we were standing around looking like idiots?? you couldn't automatically told us just to sit anywhere when we walked into the pretty empty restaurant... okay next problem after we sat down it started to get pretty busy and at that point we already knew what we wanted to order. we called them to order multiple times and they didn't even bat an eye. once we finally ordered like another 20 minutes later, the food took so long to come out. like what??? why? and the guy that dropped of the food to our table was so disrespectful. he lowkey like raised his voice at me because my arm was on the table. like ouch? he just put the food on the table and when we asked for extra bowls, he said no ask someone else then left. BRUHH THAT WAS SO FOULLLL. the food was honestly really mid, like ive had a lot better elsewhere. maybe it was the sour mood idk but it was honestly not worth all the rudeness and awful service. next thing on the list, i ordered 18a and they got it wrong. i found it weird that it only came with 3 meatball pieces. i asked how many it was supposed to come with... it was 5. i told them i only had 3, the lady proceeded to gaslight me and tell me i was wrong. she literally came to my table and stirred around my bowl, and was like "there should be 5, just look" and WALKED AWAY!! what the hell was that??? the vibe afterwards was just horrible. i hated it. never. ever. coming. again.

Bad service. The guy delivered the food was so disrespectful, the guy wrote down the order was wrong!!! No vegetables, when we asked, they delivered it when the soup was cold. Btw, the food doesn't taste good either. Huh. Never come back.
