I’ve ordered delivery from here a few times and every time I order crab rangoons they NEVER give any sweet and sour sauce with the order. Is it not supposed to come with a side of sweet and sour sauce?

Rude service.Ordered the wrong Panda Express location and it didn’t let me down. This Alhambra Panda Express location has the worst customer service with the worst attitude.Asked for passcode for bathroom before picking up my order and got rejected saying it’s for customers only.After I told her I’m going to bathroom first and picking up later, she got bad attitude telling me the password.When I came out and picking up. I saw my order with my name right there on the shelf. Instead of handing over me the food, the sever slowly doing her own thing. All I need is to picking up my food. And this location is completely short of labor with terrible service. This is my first and also my last time coming to this restaurant.Choose anywhere else BUT HERE if you can.

Was going to eat here but needed to use the restroom first ugly Asian girl said I had to buy something before I used it like she’s the owner then finally gives me the code I try to use the restroom an employee comes out of it and says it’s only for employees. I was sick of being yelled at so I left. Such disgusting treatment over a restroom

This is the third location that I have visited all with similar results. The chicken is either just cooked or overcooked and the chowmein was very dry. There was an employee shooing a man out the door several times despite him not being a pest and another employee used the same rag to wipe down the top of the trash receptacle and the trays.

This branch used to be above average; unfortunately, it has been performing sub-par in recent years.Today, I made an online order. After picking it up, I realized they did not give me a receipt or even asked if I wanted one. So, I went to the counter asking an associate who had limited English proficiency. She understood my request but was blaming me that I didn't ask for it... Isn't it the business' obligation to do so? Then she had a condescending look and tone throughout and asked her manager. The manager told her if I wanted it, then just do so. She went to the trash can and gave me a receipt that was so scrambled up! Why not just print a new one?The food was excellent, so the 5-star rating averaged out with their 1-star attitude...

I love Panda Express. The only problem I have here, employees are forced to sell you thing you are not asking for. So many questions that dose not relate what you want. You forget what you want and if you want to ask question you are not able to ask. Questions are relentless.

Got catering here. The food was ready at the expected times. The employees sounded really grateful to have my business and kept checking to see if I needed help bringing the food to my car. As for the food itself, it tasted like typical Panda Express, which is delicious in my opinion.

Worst panda express ever. The chili crisp shrimp is not crispy at all. I can see the shrimps are ready to go to war, what's with their batter as armor and all. No, it's not batter. More like battering ram due to it's resilience. Chewing on them will sculpt your jaw to be like handsome squidward. The eggplant tofu was too sweet that if it was named James you'd see them on big billboard ads. And the portion was somewhat lacking compared to other panda express locations. Definitely won't come again.
