Probably one the “rougher” Panera locations I’ve frequented, likely because it’s just overrun with people at all times.Coffee was good as always and the food was fine, but the (men’s) bathroom was quite disgusting and the place overall needed a good cleaning.

It was freezing in the restaurant and the food wasn't good. My first time there. I wouldn't go again. The bread that the tuna sandwich was on was gross. I thought they were known for their bread? Disappointing.

Just stopped by for breakfast- they were completely out of bagels which is very interesting…. so I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a brioche- egg was burned and had no bacon…. Very disappointing I guess I didn’t need breakfast today.

Enjoy the Pasadena Panera more. Friendlier personnel, seating, eyc.
Food is good but I wish the staff was friendlier. I was looking for a to go box and had trouble distinguishing them on the shelf. The lids/ bottoms are not labeled and it felt unhygienic touching each piece trying to figure out which pieces turned into a box. I asked the staff for a box and they made me feel dumb for asking. I’ve worked in customer service and I would have responded to a customer differently. I’m not a usual at Panera and don’t see myself becoming one.

I got a grilled cheese and mac n cheese cup. The grilled cheese looked like the grilled the cheese on a skillet then put it on my bread. The mac was ok but for the price of it nope never again.

I visit this location almost daily, the staff is really nice and accommodating, I always order online and my orders are always spot on and ready on time, this location has really horrible parking, cars are usually parked for a long time in the rapid pick up parking
I love a good bakery. I come here a lot. Only thing that bugs me is they let people sit at the table for hours. Seriously. I've come for coffee in the morning. And seen the same people sitting on the there computer at lunch. The staff is great. Always nice and helpful. Good people. The manager is great.
