This review is only for the egg tarts. They sell 3 different types: HK style egg tart, Portuguese egg tart, and egg white egg tart. I've tried all three and the only one that I go back for is the egg white egg tart. It is so different from all the other egg tarts and no one else makes them. The other two egg tarts are decent but not the best ones I've had. They also sell bakery items and cakes.

Came for the Egg Tarts, left with some other goodies. My one small gripe is that the Egg Tarts aren't warm (sad face), but their flavors are so good especially the classic HK-dimsum style egg tarts! Flakey and eggy in the best ways, just warm them in the microwave for a few seconds to get them warm... Portuguese egg tarts weren't bad either, but I think I just like the classic egg tarts more. Their baked goodies were pretty good/standard. Parking is shared lot with the plaza of other restaurants and supermarket, so it can get crowded. We were told to try to finish all the baked goodies the day-of and to refrigerate whatever we didn't finish and try to finish the next day.

Decent bread and pastry. They also make great sandwiches. I love their bolognese bread and ham egg bread. Their bread is fluffy and soft and fresh baked for the day.

I've tried the bolo bao, bbq bolo bao, egg tarts, and chicken pie here and it's pretty average. Actually if anything I would come here for the bolo bao because it reminds me most of Chinatown. The Cookie crust doesn't cut your mouth, it still separates but can still taste the bao and the cookie. It's pretty fair and stands up to what it is. Everything else was 4/10 for me.

Decent. Nothing special... BUT, I thought the Portuguese egg tart was pretty good. The pastry was crunchy and the filling was eggy with perfectly balanced sweetness. I would give the Portuguese tart solid 4. Go for the Portuguese egg tart.

Store was clean, neat , and organized inside. Space was a bit small, but it is a small store. Associate was very nice and helpful.

I loveeeee when I stumble into a gem, and this was one of them! If you live in SGV, you know that this plaza can get packed! I came to order take out from a restaurant and parked right in front of this bakery. It's def not the biggest bakery but it has so much to offer. We got there a little later in the afternoon on a Saturday and they were out of so much stuff! Note to self: go earlier next time. Anyway, my partner ended up grabbing a few baked goods and I got a radish sesame pastry. I actually really liked the radish sesame pastry, it reminded me of a bao but with the flakey pastry dough and sesame seeds. Only thing I wish they did was had more signs up of what were in the case - I kept having to ask what things were haha but the person behind the counter answered all my questions (: I also just read in another review that they make the crispy cakes here and I cannnnnnottttt wait to come back/order one!

I've only tried their egg tarts and I'm 50/50 about them, not the best I've had and not the worst. Could definitely be better. Inside has a modern feel to the bakery, parking is a little rough in this plaza during the weekends. Their Egg Tart filling was more on the gelatin texture side than I'd prefer. The crust was also not as flaky as I'd like, more solid like an American pie crust than buttery and flaky. Their Portuguese Tart was much better. If I had to grab some egg tarts from this bakery, I would skip the regular Egg Tart and order all Portuguese Tarts. Rich, creamy, eggy filling. The crust is much better as well.

The Portuguese egg tarts were delicious. Just the perfect combination of custard texture and sweetness. The crust was good too. My only complaint was with my pineapple bun. It was very good but was ruined when a long black hair was baked into the bottom of the bread. I would suggest that a hairnet should be worn.

I came all the way from Bay Area for these Tuna Buns! Lots of Tuna stuffed inside the bun! It became the popular item on the menu. It's delicious!!!

Looooove!! Omg I have been so depressed since I saw the "Closed Until Further Notice" sign up in Supita's door but the universe heard my cries and told me about their sister bakery!! Woot woot! Thank goodness my life is whole again!!!Being from HK we are so used to just grabbing a ham & egg bun or whatever for breakfast. It's easy and efficient. At Simply they have that, as well as the spam & egg variation. My *FAVES* are: Pork Curry Bun Ham & Egg BunSpam & Egg BunBBQ Pork BunMini Sausage BunsIf you live slightly further away like we do, I highly suggest picking up a ton then sticking it in the freezer. Then when you eat it you just microwave it for 1 minute and it's super fresh like it just came out of the oven!!!

Wonderful staff! Great delete! Reasonably priced! Tasty! Great. Service! Could use better signage outside of store!

It’s absolutely my favorite, dwarfing those of the similar hometown styles I have tried. The owner is rather engaged and alert, trying to tend to all patrons’ needs and monitoring new staff to address customers properly. There is no pressure for a tip and the fussiness involved. Sure, appreciative patrons still could leave friendly gestures or pay it forward.
