Went into Albertsons and ended up going to the Starbucks was greeted by a young gentleman called Varian. I was undecided on my drink and asked for a recommendation. Very knowledgeable and helpful. My drink came out really good and definitely would come back for the service.

i ordered a strawberry açaí refresher but they didn’t have lemonade which was fine. the drink turned out to not taste like the other strawberry açaís from other locations. it was very “syrupy”

Their favorite answer to everything is "we are out of it"From salted cold foam to strawberry acai, to certain coffee flavors. It's always one or the other. Never fails, and they are always annoyed when you get to the register.

I asked for a Trenta drink and she gave it to me half way because I asked for no ice, I'm paying for my drink not for the ice, this is the first ever Starbucks that does this to me, save your money and go to any other different Starbucks they'll rip you off here! Should've just gotten a venti a instead.

I ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher with lemonade and the customer service from the person who took down my order was great. He was very friendly. However, my drink was just water and little to no lemonade or anything else. The person who prepares the drinks needs to get it together. Going to a different Starbucks now.

Very disappointing service. they declined to accept the paper e-gift card issued at the Coinstar in the very same Albertsons. Said they had "never seen one before" and "it would need to have something to scan" There is a number right on the paper, which they were unwilling to enter. There wasn't even anybody else waiting. I went to the Starbucks on Huntington and Fremont, and they redeemed the gift card, no problem.
I am extremely unhappy with this Starbucks. They need to retrain their employees (can't even call them a barista) on how to make the most basic and simplest of drinks. Even after the girl making my drink a second time because she got it wrong the first time and refused to refund my money because my drink was not what I ordered, I will never come back to this location ever again....shame on you guys for your lack of care for your job

3 People working and the line moves at a slow pace, so annoying here. Ended up leaving! Cant even rely with online ordering because everything says UNAVAILABLE RUINED MY LUNCH BREAK COMING HERE AND WAITING FOREVER FOR THE LINE TO NOT EVEN MOVE! They allow customers that are at the register to hold up the line forever. Like I'm sorry if you don't know what you want or aren't ready, don't make everyone else wait. Have some curtesy! Move to the side or look at the menu ahead of time and be ready to order. That's why it's called the "Order Area" and not the "Thinking/Undecided Area".

On this visit I only bought the coffee packets to make my own hot coffee. We buy these when we travel in case the country we go to has bad coffee and we have these packets as backup. When I was paying for the packets the register wasn't working properly with my credit card or Mermaid app.
