Went tonight to pick up my food and usually customer service is great! But tonight the staff was rude. The staff was very intrusive and making it seem that I was going to steal even though I had proof that my food was ready for pick up. Staff was also on the clock but while we were parking he was outside on his phone!

Usually the customer service is great, but last night was pretty bad. We went through the drive thru and the cashier was not friendly. He seemed very moody and negative. The food was all soggy (tacos), broken taco shells and the nacho cheese in a small container was "barely" filled. This is the first time the experience here was bad. Usually the manager and other team members are really good and the food is delicious! Not sure what was going on last night.

This is the only Taco Bell that I've ever been to outside of San Dimas, Ca that has employees that care about the customer's experience. The food and service is consistently great! Angel really cares about her customers by having such a great staff! They double check the orders for correctness. In the event something goes wrong, they are always there to appease the customers! I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a few years because of the bad service and terrible food from the Alhambra commonwealth wealth location. This place is a gem!!
