I asked an employee a simple question whether as an employee they receive discounts, as incentives, from the company. He replied with a negative tone, "I cannot disclose that information" as if it was a matter of national security. My question was as to how employees feel working here. I don't know why he was so kind of mean because he really made me feel like my question was uncalled for from a customer. Anyway. I still love eating here and the friendliness of most people.

My family had an amazing time eating here for the first time. The food was delicious; no issues there. The service was great; very friendly. Unfortunately, we had three servers in the span of two hours and no one explained each bag we were purchasing was by pound/weight. We thought it would be pieces of lobster and crab but we received a whole lobster and crab. We felt embarrassed to return the food because all server's were very nice but we do not believe any of them explained the portions to us correctly. We expect the bill to be hefty but about four bills at Boiling Crab?

Took a minute to get the food. It wasn't as spicy as years prior visit. I wish I got crab too. The calamari was horrible here. Rubbery and rings like onions.
