I called my order in. They told me 16 minutes.My order wasn’t ready until an hour after I placed it. I literally saw people order after I had been waiting and they got their food before I did. NEVER COMING TO THIS ONE AGAIN.

Junior the(shift leader) not supervisor is absolute trash. I placed an order online called literally in 2 seconds to call them to make it well done but he said my order was already made and I was explaining to him I just placed it a couple seconds ago and he said my order was already bagged he then hung up on me and blocked my number so I had to call from my roommate phone asked for a refund and stated they don’t do refunds I would have to get it online and wait 5-7 business days. This isn’t even the first time there’s always missing items and all you just see when you walk in then fooling around

This place was great! The cashier Valentina was very friendly and helpful, she helped me get the best deal for the wings I wanted. There was a young male manager who was very professional and kept the dining area super clean. We'll be coming back!

Ordered a 50 piece several hours ahead of time on 10/29/23, got there at the requested time, then they say "oh it's a 50 piece order, it's a large order it's going to take some time." Had to wait 20 minutes when I got there, the point of ordering online was?

My first time ordering form here, I wasn't sure how it was gonna go, but was attracted by the special offer that they have on Tuesdays, $16.99 for 20pc. Boneless wings, you can pick up to 3 flavors and a large side your choice of fries, cheesy fries and I think corn. Volcano fries is an extra $1.50 which was worth it. I wasn't expecting much, but I must say I was impressed with the amount of food you get. We also got 2 chicken sandwiches, it was a PC coupon bogo free. We spent about $45 and it fed 5 adults and we even had leftovers. Now a days, when you eat out $45 covers like one and a half people. The only flavor I didn't like was the Atomic, the spice level was pretty good but it was way too sour.Best price for this kind of chicken in this area.

First and last time eating at this particular branch. Ordinarily the corn, chicken and service at wing stop is exceptional. I believe the reason why this location is suffering is because there is no leadership as all of the employees are basically kids. The corn had no seasoning, the soda from the machine taste funny and the chicken was below average. Also the atmosphere feels congested.

My experience was awful. Staff here don't deserve one star. Had to cancel my order due to staff taking their sweet time to "make" my food. No one else was dining in there. Don't bother with this place.

One night, I was sitting at the table with my friends and I saw the staff being rude to customers. The customers were waiting for 10 minutes and no one took their order. The cashier named Leia was taking out the trash and did not wash her hands. Very unsanitary! She did not wear gloves and went straight to the cash register. She did not greet the customer or talk to them. She just looked at the customer and did not approach them. There were 5 employees cooking inside and none of them helped the customers who were waiting in line. Leia does not know how to be social or talk to customers. The customer had to go up and say their order. She also got their order wrong and never apologized. The night shift female employee named Leia should not work here because she is unprofessional!
