Wait time wasn't terrible for 11pm on a friday but the wings did not even look tossed in the sauce and the fries were not very warm and tasted bland.

Avoid this location.The staff is really rude and unprofessional. Online order was placed, they then called and requested an ID and Card No. However no time frame was given. I drive there 20 min after which is what my app told me. I get there, and ask for my order, like my app said to do when arriving. The guy tells me the order has not been started because I wasn't verified ! Which is ridiculous because the money already came out my acc. They are inconsiderate of people ordering online because we are on lunch ! And only have so much time to drive and eat! As I was leaving I asked for a drink holder for all the drinks my order came with . They were careless and said they didn't have any. What type of food business does not have cup holders !? At this point they were just refusing any type of good customer service and were doing this on purpose. As I left I asked who the manager was and rudely she answered I'm the manager. I asked for her name she said it was Jasmine. Unpleasant and rudest manager I've ever came across. No type of sympathy for the customer. Didn't even bother offering anything for me to carry 3 drinks in . Plus 2 large bags I had to carry. Due to them not providing me a cup holder, One drink spilled all over my car. And of course they could care less! And the fries that were provided seemed like leftover batch . They were pieces of fries. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION AND I WILL COMMUNICATE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALL THE COMPANIES IN THE SURROUNDING AREA.THANK YOU JASMINE. For the unforgettable experience I had in your restaurant.

I ordered a Louisiana Rub chicken tender meal w/lemon pepper fries for take out today, and when I got home to open them they were Lemon Pepper tenders with regular fries. $20 wasted :(

The worst customer service. The staff are unprofessional, beyond training. There is no organization or cohesion. They don’t follow health and safety codes. And unfortunately, the manager doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing.I’ve been there a few times (bc it’s the closest I’ve got) but every time there’s a problem. Staff don’t wear gloves to touch the food, some of the staffs aprons are really dirty like they’ve never been washed. The wait time is always double than what’s estimated. And just recently, had the worst experience.We got the run around for 2 hours for an online order. Ultimately, we requested a refund because it had been 2 hours and never got the order after being on the phone with them trying to figure out what happened and us mediating with DoorDash (even though we didn’t order through DoorDash). They couldn’t even call DoorDash themselves to try to resolve the problem they caused. At the end, they said they couldn’t refund us even though we didn’t receive the order (they gave it to someone else somehow). They didn’t even offer store credit. At some point they said they would refund us part of the money, not the whole thing. This is unacceptable. Needless to say, we won’t be going back there.

They gave my order away to someone else, and basically kept telling me to talk to door dash to fix the online order, I ordered it online at the wingstop website. Door dash kept saying the order was reordered. I called several times to get things cleared up over the two hours and they kept pushing me to door dash. Then when I asked for a refund I was told by the manager they couldn't provide a refund 3-4 times. After pushing them several times they were finally able to provide one and still didn't provide me a full refund. I went back and forth on the phone for 2 hours. The person that picked up the phone could not communicate and had no understanding of anything. He kept telling me the order was cancelled. Absolutely terrible experience. Never got my food.

High on life Fishing

Got my order and checked to see if everything was correct just to find out i got 5 wings with no flavor. Asked the guy being the counter to add lemon pepper seasoning and instead of adding seasoning, he hooked it up with a whole other 5pk of lemon pepper wings! Ppl need to learn to check their order right there and then not half way home lol.. thanks staff!Parking: Its a whole shopping plaza with a good sized parking lot. Restaurant side did not and never has gotten really full unlike the KOHLS side.

Came in 930pm on a Wednesday evening. Place was empty and didn’t seem busy at all. Ordered a combo. One flavor. And asked for well done fries. Food came out after 5-8 minutes. Which should’ve been a red flag. Grabbed my order and left.When I finally opened it. After a 5 minute drive.Fries was barely warm. Definitely was sitting around and definitely was not well done. They seemed to be the scraps. Lots of little pieces. They even covered it with the bigger pieces. So annoying. The chicken was only lightly tossed in seasoning and also barely warm. Avoid this location at all cost. When the staff doesn’t care. The food will always suck. Instead of offering subpar food at “fast” service. Just give the customer the option to wait for fresh fries and chicken.

I got a card from a kid who said he was fundraising for his school it had a bunch of coupons from a bunch of different fast food places had one for this place so took it in and they redeemed it quickly and with a smile so thanks for that ???

This is the worst Wingstop ever. My food was cold just sitting there when I open the box water is just dripping everywhere I picked it up for my lunch and I don't work far from here so they made my stuff early just so it could sit there, so when I eat my lunch, it's hard and it's cold, the staff here needs some work too because it looks like no one really cares about anything not even the manager.
