I have been going to yogurtland in Alhambra for years bc I live down the street && this was the worst experience I have had at this location which is sad bc I will no longer be going to this location due to the experience I had with lorianna. I went in with my 4 year old daughter and my daughter pointed at the sprinkles && accidentally touched it a little with the tip of her finger and I apologized to lorianna and she said uh huh and grabbed the sprinkles and slammed the container on top of the toppings bar which I found very rude. When we got to the register my daughter was telling her hi and how she liked her necklace and lorianna ignored my daughter and I told my daughter I don't think she can hear you my daughter said it again and as she was saying it lorianna rudely interrupted and said I don't understand her. I've worked with the public before & acknowledging children is one thing a worker should at least try to do not rudely ignore them. I put my cups on the scale, apparently she was trying to weigh my cups separately and as she was trying to pick a cup up she touched the inside of our cups with her hands when she had a glove on her left hand that was touching the register with but not her right hand she was touching our cups with and I told her you don't wear gloves when you touch people's cups bc that's disgusting and she chuckled and turned back to look at the manager on her shift that wasn't paying attention to her bc he was doing inventory. She didn't once ask if I wanted new yogurts bc she touched them but she got mad when my daughter accidentally touched the sprinkles . && when I started to tell her she didn't need to be rude she raised her voice and said no ones being rude to you. Instead of trying to resolve the issue and make her customer happy. She didn't offer me a bag, spoons or lids compared to when I always go in there and I am asked and the employee would put the lids on and the cups and spoons in the bag. She then again touched my spoons without gloves and slammed them on the counter and I asked her again may I please have lids and a bag and she rolled her eyes and she then slammed the lids down on the counter and put the bag down next to her and pushed them towards me so I can do it myself. To top it off as I was going to pay I gave her my rewards card && apparently she didn't scan it bc it doesn't show any point change on the app not only that but as I was going to give her the money she barley even reached her arm out which is difficult for the customers to get their hand under the shields they have in the front of the register so she could've reached her arm out to make it easier. When she was giving me my change I had my hand out and she tossed the coins and dollars in my hand like I had germs yet she was so comfortable touching our cups with her hands that she didn't wash after handling the customers cash ahead of me. I called and spoke to the manager that was there and I told him the situation he got my number down and apologized and told me I'd be getting a call back to resolve this issue and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. Behavior like this is uncalled for & if it continues no one is going to want to go to this location let alone bring their kids if their kids are going to be treated the way my daughter and I were treated. It's sad that lorianna changed my whole view of this location when everyone else that works there has been but nice to my daughter and I.

My kids and little sister love yogurtland and it was my first time going to this location as we are new to the city of Alhambra. Covid regulations are being lifted and the kids and myself have gotten vaccinated already however my family and I still practice safe Covid precautions. As a place who serves the public I would assume they would too. We were getting ready to get toppings for our yogurt when a worker goes in and starts picking out a few I guess stale or old items off the top of toppings, which that I didn't have a problem with, I've worked food bars before it's part of the shifts sometimes, but he does it without gloves! And then continues on to walk to the seated area clean up still no gloves, scratches his face under his mask and then switches with the cashier and starts working the register. But here's the catch the cashier that he had switched with who's was at the register had the gloves on while in the cash register. When a worker goes in the fruit and toppings area I think for the safety of everyone should wear gloves. He may or may not have washed his hands before but as a customer you don't know that and I would just feel more comfortable if your handling food specially in front of customers wear gloves.

Sometimes you just have to do dessert before dinner. It's been years since I last came here. This time, I came with my girlfriend because you know... girlfriends have occasional cravings depending on Mother Nature. Everything is still the same as I remember it, minus less fruits. Why, Yogurtland, why?! This has been my go-to location for many years, dating back to high school. Keep up the good flavors, low prices, and cleanliness of the place for generations to come!

Used to be very well organized. When we arrived today, no-one was a there to greet us. They no longer provided free samples. Lots of dispensers were out of service on a Sunday! The sanitizer smelled really bad (like soy sauce). My boy and I had to wash our hands after using the sanitizer.

They had no chocolate. How do you not have chocolate? Baffling

Deliciously refreshing on a stifling heatwave of a day. I often surprise my niece's and nephew's with a visit to this spot on a stifling warm day. They get to choose a cup of their favorite flavors and then dress up their selections with fruit and other toppings and then finish it off with marshmallow sauce and finishing toppings. Then we usually sit outside and devour the cups of deliciousness while people watch and talking about the day.

Ordered a pistachio yogurt with mangos and strawberries. The yogurt and frozen strawberries were ok but too bad the mangos were just pieces frozen mango skins that tasted horrible and ruined the whole thing.

Used to be our favorite place. Went there this morning at 10:50 am (thought they open at 11am) and waited 40 minutes until they opened the door at 11:30am. Were told to wait another 30 minutes before they have to train new people. Staff was flushing the yogurt machine, the water came out dark, reminded me of the water I used to wash the mop after I swept the floor. The previous time we went at the opening time, and were also told to wait. That's it! No more yogurt from this place from now....

Was there yesterday and everything was great! The store was very clean and the workers were very welcoming. I had to wait outside for a couple of minutes and the employee Julianna was very nice about it and let us know it was part of procedure to only have a certain amount inside. She then came out to get us and we were helped in a matter of seconds. I would definitely go back!

Came here to get my froyo fix but the doors were locked and there were a group of customers inside. We arrived at exactly 9PM. The worker stared at us through the door and yelled "we're closed." and waved us off in a dismissive manner. No explanation, no apology. Yelp and Google both said this location closes at 10PM. Thanks for this awesome way to end my night!

Very disappointed arrived here a whole hour before closing with a group of 4 and was shooed off by a worker who yelled that were closed.

Great plain tart flavor. Good topping options. Nice and clean place. Parking can be packed depending on time but not a big deal.

Love all the flavors and I like how they rotate often. Very clean. They are always willing to give samples. Probably my favorite yogurt land location. Other places don't taste as good. Highly recommend strawberry yogurt.
