2/18/24: 4.5/5Probably the best handmade dumplings and noodles I’ve had so far in LA and as good as most of the good local shops I’ve been to in China and Asia. Dumplings are hand made and kept in cold storage until cooked to order. Noodles are batched for dough and then rolled and hand cut fresh to order. The dumpling skins and wide noodles have the perfect Q bouncy chew texture. The dumplings can be either boiled, pan fried, or steamed. The shop doesn’t use MSG, which isn’t really a problem, but does mean their food is well balanced and just salty and savory enough. Their beef noodle soup is red braised and may appear lighter in color, but still packs a beefy flavor w/ perfectly cooked tender beef. Their in house sauces like spicy chili oil for wontons and hoisin sauce for beef roll are some of the best I’ve had and also well balanced. Definitely get the sesame pockets that have a nice thin crunchy shell. The pan fried buns are fluffy pillowy w/ a nice thin crispy bottom. The green onion pancake is good although just needed some salt. Think Noodle St still has the best beef roll pancake but You’s is pretty great still. And if you want a drink, try the fresh taro milk smoothie. The owner was super nice to talk to and service was great. You can order from the menu or they have a digital POS machine w/ Chinese+English and pictures.

You kitchen was an interesting experience. You walk in and sit down and order your food through an iPad. Our food took longer than expected but that’s OK. It’s only a few people working there. The sesame pizza was excellent, the dinner star! The beef pocket and cilantro fish dumplings were delicious. I would skip the veggie dumplings, they were very bland. The veggie fried rice is nothing to write home aboutThey also sell their dumplings frozen so you can buy them and store them in your freezer.I don’t know if I would go out of my way to go there but I’m happy I tried it. It’s worth trying.

Came here with my family randomly because of original plans changed, and had to try some of the items on their menu. Our server who greeted us was very cheerful and inviting. We ordered their shrimp fried rice, wonton noodle soup, spicy wonton, Xio long bao, and pork with shrimp dumplings.Everything was fresh and handmade. As a dumpling and wonton junkie, You Kitchen serves one of the best dumplings and wontons we've had in the many Chinese restaurants we've been.Their wonton noodles soup came with a bone broth that was very savory, fresh soft noodles that had just the right texture (not over cooked and not under cooked) more of a dumpling rather than wonton, yet still a delicious filling, baby bok choi, and green onions.Their spicy wonton were the best I've ever had, with a savory vinegar and spicy chili oil which they make themselves. Ended up eating the entire serving!Fried shrimp fried rice was simple yet very delicious, Xia long bao, and pork shrimp dumplings were delicious when dipped in the vinegar, ginger, and chili oil that was on the table.Everything was delicious! They even have dumplings pre made so you can buy them buy the bags to take home. The one thing they could use was a little love in some cleaning in the joint. (Minor detailing) I would give them a five star, however that was my only concern. With the service being over the top and the food being completely amazing, I'll give them a 4 1/2 star rating. We will definitely be back for those spicy wontons and give some of their other items on the menu a try.Well done 'You Kitchen'! ? ?

2.5* This is one of those places where the food is legitimately good, but the question is whether or not you are willing to suffer through the horrible service in order to eat it. The place was not busy when we came for Saturday lunch. There is only one woman working the front, but you order anyway through a tablet on the table. Our tablet was disgusting - crusted dried stuff on the screen that I had to get a napkin and purell to wipe off. The first time we asked for ice with our drinks, the woman insisted that we "first check if the water was cold enough without ice". Then she reluctantly went and got us half a cup of ice. When we later asked for more, she gave us another half cup of ice and handed it to us with her hands (and now cup) absolutely covered in dough and flour. Through the window into the kitchen, you could also see the other worker moving around with a massive tissue stuck in her nostril. We ordered a beef roll, squash dumplings, and a pork big mouth pocket. All were good, with the pocket being the stand out item. The squash dumplings were a unique flavor that I hadn't tried before and I enjoyed. We also got the plum juice which they make in house and was quite good. Again, the food isn't the issue, the service is. 3% additional charge for using a credit card

A hidden gem! Infactuation and Molly Baz brought us here. I'm so happy we came here. Very efficient, everything is made fresh and no MSG. Can't wait to come back!

I had to review after I was here few days ago looking for soup after battling the flu. I had come back after the owner was so nice and friendly this time I decided to dine in. I ordered the shrimp fried rice with wonton soup pork omg it was delicious. It's a mom and pops spot which has a home feeling. My total was around $23+ but good portions. The owner was there and still showing amazing customer service who appreciates my business that alone deserves kudos. Plenty of parking in the front or side and very quiet place to eat.

How this place isn't busier boggles my mind. The dumplings really are so good. Delicious. Beef roll was good but not the best we've had.The noodle soup was pretty good but I felt the dumplings were really the star. The service was great and super friendly as well.

Up until now everything is still consistently delicious! Really recommend both types of beef noodles, pork pockets (will try beef soon), and beef onion dumplings! They made the extra charge clearer on menu now, and the touchscreen ordering system is really convenient. Will continue to return.
