Idk who to blame honestly. Myself for asking the dinner table instead of the bar. I did not know the bar tender was also our waitress. Customer service is not bad but the person could have made it easier on themselves if they would have let me known there was no other waitress at the moment. Happy hour starts 3pm and it ends at 5pm. So of course i would take advantage of it. Unfortunately it got busy the last hour. Bar tender stayed taking care of the bar and after that we didn't help. Definitely just going to be at the one in lake forest.

Came craving for burger from the theater (if watched Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom you know what I mean). Sadly no one in our party enjoyed the burgers. The patties were charred/over-cooked. This chain used to have great burgers. Our wings did not have celery and carrots, I guess you have to order them now? Service was pretty good though.

Amazing restaurant of happy hour with friends of boneless wings, veggie sticks, fries, Caesar salad, & mozzarella sticks. I heard about boneless wings Thursday's on the Buffalo Wild Wings app and on the email as well best flavors of boneless wings is the mild, the best flavor of mild flavors of teriyaki, sweet bbq, honey bbq, orange chicken, lemon pepper, & Parmesan garlic boneless wings with any good sides of the Caesar salad, veggie sticks, fries, & mozzarella sticks the strawberry lemonade is my favorite drink, any types of flavors of truly alcoholic beverages and margaritas to drink for happy hour is best of Friday's & weekends of Saturday & Sunday even going on Monday night, Wednesday night, & Thursday nights

This is not a good review just a heads..First we show up and sit at the bar where we wait over 15 mins of watching bartenders walk past us and carry long ended conversations at different sections of the bar. After 15 mins we finally get greeted and order two drinks. After another 15 mins we politely ask for menus because we were hungry. We finally order food and think everything is all set. Second we wait 45 mins to get our food before we ask for an update on where that food is.Ordered food: 6 medium wings and a buffalo ranch black bean burger. Finally we receive our food and right before I get after it my girlfriend sees hair like dog hair all over her fries and points out the hair all over my wings. Not like one hair or two but like dog shed all over both plates and food. We then of course say something and then bartender apologizes which honestly at this point we were over the wait time but we were just hungry.. The manager comes over to us and gives us two $5 off coupons which we ended up giving to some stranger next to us and offers us a round of shots.. to be honest we were really hungry and spirits drinking hard alcohol was the last thing I think our stomachs wanted but we took them anyway. Third after another 30 mins we finally got our food. My wings were cold like literally after biting barely through the first wing i knew it was bad. The sauce was coagulated and the wings were room temp. The buffalo ranch black bean burger was also cold but also didn't have the buffalo ranch on it. I was shocked and at this point we didn't want to complain we just wanted to leave. Fortunately all we paid for was two beers but even then... they charged full price for two beers we ordered off the late night happy hour menu. I hate leaving bad reviews on here but if none says anything then nothing changes. Really doesn't matter for us because we will definitely never return here or any other Buffalo Wild Wings again. Good luck to really anyone coming to this location for this was probably the worst restaurant experience from a chain restaurant.

Came here today on November 28th our waitress name is Lindsay she is very nice and made sure our party of 2 had a great experience, food was delicious and service was overall amazing! We had received our food very fast and would definetly come back here!

The service was fine. The restaurant stinks and smells dirty like they need a good carpet cleaning. While we were sitting at our table, there were little bugs flying around us. The inside looks dirty, and in need of an upgrade. We didn't even order food because of how disgusting it was, we left after finishing our drinks. You can tell how much management/corporate cares about this place.

I have left 3 separate voicemails to their HR department regarding an incident, on 10-28-23, and still have not heard back from them.
Wings were ok, celery was brown, booths were lumpy and worn. TV's are old and worn. They really need to put money into this place and management needs to work on training on placing brown veggies on plates. Making me go to your website, not knowing the links on your website and the location is not even listed in the review section but it is on the locations part of the site. You wasted my time and you lost stars for horrible service.
