I was the only one in the store when i ordered. It took 12 minutes to get my dine in order. The food was semi warm. I would understand if i had to wait because the food was being cooked but that was clearly not the case. No napkins or sauces delivered with my food and it is all behind the counter so i had to wait again until somebody noticed me standing at the counter. I am used to much better service at chick fil a. This was my first visit to this location.

Their food is awesome, of course, I had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe, the only reason I didn't give more stars is because I came here with two of my gfs, they ordered together before me and some lady walked up while I had been standing there waiting my turn, the cashier literally rang her up in-between them ordering and myself and then just said "oh sorry about that, I thought it was just a refill" ...um ok, as soon as you realized it wasn't, you ring up the person who was already standing there waiting...how freakin rude!!!

I don’t get how my order can continuously get messed up. It makes no sense. I feel like it’s every other place I go to eat out these days my order is wrong or they don’t have ingredients??.
We recently had delivery of Chick-fil-A, and it was more so underwhelming and one really good review per part of it. We ordered the deluxe breaded chicken sandwich, and that actually was great. The french fries are very underwhelming. I would never order those again and especially with delivery they were less than warm so they don’t deliver well. The delivery time was great and the other issue that I really had with the delivery was I had ordered two chicken tortilla soup at the cost of $15 plus some. If this is what someone refers to a soup. They’re sadly mistaken. The taste was OK a little too bland which I can get over, but it was nothing but a thick, gloppy mess both of them! There wasn’t any soup anywhere to be found for miles and if this is their idea of a chicken tortilla soup, then they need to revisit what real chicken tortilla soup looks like and taste like. I’ve traveled all over for 30+ years and I love my chicken tortilla soup but I would never recommend it from this Chick-fil-A. It was disgusting and the fact of the matter was that they charge seven dollars and some odd cents per soup so there’s nothing good about this.

Mostly Friendly staff❣️; the exception is a newer staff member as an Assistant Director...she has zero personality and does not treat her staff well! I'm there every morning...and love the staff...then she came on board and I could notice the difference in morale...its not as jovial as usual! Definitely not what is expected at any Chick-fil-A!

One of the worse Chick fil a around. Avoid this place if possible. Staff (it doesn't matter if it's the morning shift or lunch shift) is the worst. Have not a good experiences on several occasions.
