Outstanding, truly! Excellent food, really fresh and the fries were near perfect. Kid friendly in the way that they immediately offered to fire the child’s food first, which is amazing, they also had high chairs and a child’s menu. This is our 2nd time here and it was just as top-notch as the first. Also cannot say enough fabulous things about the service, it goes far beyond any expectation. The last thing I’ll mention is the beautiful/interesting local art that is displayed inside, really neat. Our first time trying their food for lunch today. Service was impressive and the food exceeded our expectations. My Kolossal burger with added cheddar was huge, cooked rare as asked, and delicious. My partner enjoyed her chicken bowl with added vegetables...she said the chicken was quality and both the chicken & vegetables were cooked just right. We will return.

The Kale Salad was soooo good. The steak I added made this meal super healthy but also hearty. The quinoa and carrots were a great part and the dressing was good too. My friend got the spicy burger and was gushing about the flavor. This was my first time here and I was super impressed on the quality of meat and the healthy options. I'll be back.

Went for lunch at 1pm on Tuesday.Completely EMPTY. One employee and no activity in the kitchen. It was our 1st visit. We ordered the cheeseburger combo. Their soda fountain is behind the counter but I guess it doesn't work because he takes canned sodas out of a fridge to pour instead. We were the only customers and it took awhile to get the food. The burger was fine but definitely not one we'd rush back for at that price. The fries were good. Employee was very nice. After we ate, we were still the only customers. It was still completely empty. How are they staying in business? Scrolling through the reviews there are allot of raves from yelpers with only one post..... Food was fine but $$ and there's lots of competition in this area.

The best burgers! And great crew. The manager always goes above and beyond. I've had the Kaliente, the kowboy, and the klassic. All are delicious. Great quality ingredients and their sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had! Can't say enough good things about this place!

My wife and I decided to grab a burger after a movie and boy were we impressed. We both had the Klassic cheeseburger with wagyu beef cooked medium and it was phenomenal! The service was great as well. We would definitely be coming back and recommending it to our friends.

I really liked my hamburger and fries here. I requested the burger to be made Medium Rare, and it was perfectly done. I thought the flavor and texture of the Kobe beef was great. Their fries are among my favorite of the burger restaurants I've tried. The onion rings are unique. They're very crispy and have a topping which seems like bits of instant ramen. The guy working there was very helpful, explaining the menu to us when we told him this was our first visit. He even checked in on us to see how we were doing. I would recommend going.

Classic hole-in-the-wall burger joint. I was immediately greeted cordially upon entry by the very friendly and engaging owner, Niven. He kindly took my order, answered any questions I had, and gave me some recommendations. I was craving a big, juicy burger something fierce and I got it in the form of the Kolossal Burger, cooked to a sublime medium rare, a perfect fit for those of a more carnivorous bent like meself. Burger was juicy, temperature was exactly as I ordered it. A good bun that stands up to its toppings and doesn't fall apart even when soaked with juices. And that garlic aioli was simply fab. I was also very politely given a few onion rings to sample and they too were amazing: a golden-brown, Panko-coated crust made for a perfect, crispy bite. I had a great meal, prepared quickly, and I also had the exceptional pleasure of chatting with both the owner and the chef who were working that night. John, who was working behind the grill that night, personally brought out my burger to me and just really added the personal touch. I recognise good service when I see it and I received impeccable service when I ate at Krave a couple of nights ago. I will definitely be back to try the steak sandwich and one of those delightful milkshakes. Perhaps red velvet at the owner's recommendation. Thanks for the amazing meal, I'll be back. I’m am so disappointed to leave this review because we really enjoyed this restaurant at first. We went the first week it opened and we were amazed with the service and everything we ate. We took food to go a few weeks later and my food was ok but my wife and daughters food was so dry and over cooked that they didn’t eat it. We didn’t give up at that point and came to eat in person one more time but that was the last time we are there. Those at the counter were clearly confused about what proper service should look like. They kept bring out poorly cooked food and apologizing but they finally told us the normal chef want there and offered us free food. I had already rated my food long before they brought my wife’s food out correctly. They just kept bringing out the food and telling us what it was and we would say that’s not what we ordered. This happened multiple times but we never complained or came back to the counter. They just knew they couldn’t get it right. Like I said they did offer us a consolation prize but the deal was sealed and my wife said we could never go back. So sad since we really enjoyed the food but the quality was never there again and it was too frustrating to try again.

A place to enjoy premium burgers with phenomenal service. Although the prices may be a bit pricey in regards to other burger places, what you pay for is quality and customizability. The onions rings where a big suprise, literally. Order them, you won't regret it. For those looking for a lot of meat, order the Colossus is the right choice for you. Overall, my experience there was great and am looking forward to re-visiting again.

Burgers were delicious. We had the colossal burger- big enough to share. The fries were as good as or better than In N Out! Everything was Juicy and tasty! The shrimp bowl was also delicious- Great sauce and portion for the price. Also, great service. We ate everything before we thought to take a pic. Sorry. Just go and have it yourself, you’ll be thankful you did. Patio was a nice place to eat as well. Cozy and TVs for entertainment.
