This Starbucks is good, almost always drinks come correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. But this review is about how frustrating I find that the curbside option for picking up drinks is never available on the app. It lists curbside pickup as an amenity at this store, but it is very very rarely offered, no matter the time of day, And furthermore, they have many parking spots dedicated to curbside pickup in an otherwise small parking lot. Having a baby, I rely on service like this to quickly get through things, and I understand it is a luxury to demand something be brought to my car, but it is something they say they do provide and I really appreciate it. I love Starbucks, I would come more often if they started offering this service more reliably!

the server was very rude. she rolled her eyes at us when we asked for a water and said that if we’re in that big of a rush, to go to another starbucks. she was overall a bad barista and this isn’t the first time this has happened to me or my friends.Vegetarian options: not vegetarian at most

Always has good drinks and the breakfast sandwiches are really good as well! Service is always good when I go. Ambiance is a little cramped with seating really close to each other.

Was there today on September 6 around 10.30am. There was only one woman extremely slow and careless . Waited 16 mins to place my order (there were only 4 people infront of me) . Besides being slow she was very rude when I ordered Starbucks dark roast and she refused to make it saying they have only americano . Then charged me almost $4 for it I got surprised because it's now what I usually pay for my coffee and she was rude again saying it was americano not a dark roast decaf . At this pint I already waisted 20 mins at least and paid for it . Her "have a good day" with a smile on the face didn't mean anything at that point . Manager was there and she was rude to her , so I guess it's chain reaction : mean manager - careless employee- mad customers . Would never go there again .

Doesn’t give customers points for personal cup. Every Starbucks offers refills while in store. This one doesn’t and they don’t let customers know in advance.

Person helping on 4/25 at 8:30 was very rude. the line was by the door and she was taking her sweet time. She was taking my order not behind the register and missing on what else I had to add. I paid using apple pay and took her the longest time to click the button when people were all behind me getting frustrated. Would expect someone welcoming at 8 in the morning!! seems like she wasn't having it.

literally whoever works at 1pm on weekdays has the worst attitude, and messed up both drinks. ordered a dragonfruit refresher and she added milk??? ordered a VENTI brown sugar shaken espresso and gives me a grande? if u don't like your job go work somewhere else babe!
