Came here this morning and order an medium combo but the lady placed it as small so when she handed me my ice coffee I told her I order medium and she was like well there is noting she can do now. Like bro I didn't mind even paying the difference but she just didn't want to change it so I ask for a refund and I still don't receive my money back. This people need to stop hiring lazy people

Really a great fast food experience! Food was traditional Wendy's but the service was wonderful! So many fast food places have no service and just blow you off wanting you to use machines or they just focus on delivery orders. We walked in to be greeted by Laura who was nice enough to let us know about the great deals going on if you have the app. We downloaded the app and she helped us navigate through it to find the best savings. She was very professional and helpful! We appreciate great service like that and it's what drives customers to return. Management should be thankful towards Laura and know her service helps to generate business.

My sister had been raving about Wendy's but I don't eat fast food. But I got stuck at the salon early one morning and hungry without options. I saw the Wendy's across the parking lot and remembered my sisters rave. I drove over and ordered a breakfast muffin with eggs and cheese and potatoes. I also saw some delicious chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies in the case. The place was clean, the people were so friendly and kind to me. The experience was so amazing. I went to my car and enjoyed the absolute best breakfast ever!! Then indulged in the cookies. I just had the best experience! I am making this my once a month treat!! Thank you to the Wendy's Staff on Alicia Parkway for making my first Wendy's experience a 5 star! See you soon!

Food was good and fairly fast! Got the Dave's single with chili. Yummy all around. Always love their chili with hot sauce and some crackers. Service - order at the counter and get called kinda service as to be expected from a fast food joint. Ambiance - this place was fairly kept up and clean and no complaints other than napkin holders were both empty by the drink station. Imagining keeping cost down so you have to ask the counter for some. Verdict - good decent burger for fast food. Price is slightly above average as compared to similar competitor but better quality justifies somewhat the price. So, yes!

If I can give this place a zero I would! Not only has this happened once , it happened twice! I walked in used the restroom to wash my hands. I proceeded to go to the counter to order! No one acknowledged me . Now, whoever is wearing the blue shirt he looks like a manager with his hair! Someone is working the window and someone's cooking. The "manager" doesn't turn around or nothing , he walked and gave someone's their mobile order as I'm looking at him he doesn't even look at me . I'm still standing and looking and waiting , he then turn around looks me dead in my eyes and turn back around! So, I walked out I will be contacting corporate. I'm on duty and drove all the way here and I still haven't had lunch! I will never ever come back!
This is now the second time theyve asked if i would like a cookie for 1.99. Both times they have left the cookie out. They go through a whole extra pitch at the end to ask and dont put it in the bag both times now.. I'll never be back. This feels like a scam.

We want to give a huge shout out to the folks at this Wendy's. My wife left her wallet there and they not only recovered it but made numerous phone calls to us and held it safely until we could pick it up. Wonderful people giving service over and above. We are very thankful. John F. Laguna Niguel

avoid going inside at all costs.the drive-thru is stupid, where its full with only 3 cars in line (and any additional cars will block traffic), but it doesnt matter: blocking traffic is better than going inside that dump.inside is dirty, smelly, has a weird atmosphere, and is extremely slow. took 15-20 minutes to get 1 combo + 1 kids meal.food is good and people are nice, but after witnessing the lobby, i have second thoughts about eating there at all.
