Was there Sunday. Great band. Only reason i stayed. Plus I had friends there. After 45 minutes waiting for a drink went to the bar to get a drink. Another 15 minutes for her to make it. Ran out of Bloody Mary mix? Wtf? It's in the back, too busy to get it, not only with the Bloody Mary mix but also vanilla vodka. Everyone at the table Got their food at different times, all after waiting over an hour. Everyone got their food but no... i waited 20 More minutes. Found out there is a new manager. Wow. No where to be found. His day off? Wtf? This bar could have made a lot of money but was so disorganized it was crazy. I hope the owners see this post. Your bartender sucked, made one drink at a time, no bussers, no wait staff to come back ever! Never took drink orders! Crazy! Yea, you're losing money for sure! It was a shit show!!! A manager should be there on a busy day. Bartender was horrible. Ignored tabs for tables but made drinks for those who came to the bar. And yes I can say this because I have been a gm of a restaurant/bar. Heads up!

Atmosphere okay ... Food is quite remarkable and the service is better than most. I certainly recommend a visit and you can find something tasty on the menu.

Went to see my friends band play. The bar was nice. Good outdoor seating. They did run out of propane for the heaters but it wasn't too cold. The food was ok. We had the wings, jalapeño poppers, and a burger. The waitress asked how we wanted it cooked. Asked for medium but came out like a normal well done burger. Again, wasn't bad. But nothing special. The waitress was nice and friendly.

I really enjoy the new improved casino inn. The food is great and the beer selection is very good. The prices are fair, but the promotional days are great values. Sometimes they seem too busy for the number of staff working, but the staff is usually really friendly and helpful. It can get loud and have a bit of a "locals only" feeling, so it's not a place I'll usually choose for meet ups or to bring the family. I tend to eat late when my work days go long and I've found I have to call ahead to make sure the kitchen is open, it seems a bit random and that has proven inconvenient.

Trekked through the front door of the iconic Casino Inn in Alpine yesterday for a bite of lunch. The joint is sparkling, warm and welcoming. Plenty of room for comfortable dining and drinking. The local patrons are always giddy with happiness which creates a pleasurable vibe. The wait staff goes the extra mile aiming to please both regulars & city adventurers. Brews on tap are diverse, mixed crafted cocktails are strong and for professionals. There is a regular rotation of special activities (bingo, live bands, comedy, 8 ball tournaments, brunch, karaoke, taco/wing nights, etc) that launches this pub to a higher level. The food prepared here is not from your typical grandpa's bar but creative, abundant and delicious. Any bar/dining establishment proprietor would be wise to follow the Casino Inn business blueprint for guaranteed success. Great scene for a great time. Stoner Grub Ranking: 9.0

Food is better than any bar food around (Restaurant good) Albondigas and Chili are excellent! Waitresses Are friendly, fast, and efficient! The C. I. has fun kareoke on Sundays and Tuesdays evenings. Monday night is "Adult" Bingo. Need I say more? Fun place to go!!!!
Definitely should consider hiring more servers. Came by for the first time on a recommendation of a friend. Music was great, beer list was above par. Sat at a table and waited for about 15 minutes before getting our own drinks at the bar. Waited another 15/20 and still no one to take a food order. There were two waitresses, which was clearly not enough. I’m not sure if I needed a password or secret handshake but I was hungry so I gave up and left. Menu looked great but if you can’t put in a order, it’s a waste.

Got Fish & Onion Rings to go. Get home Fish and Onion Rings are overcooked and cold because they were sitting on the counter instead of under a heat source, no coleslaw, no tater sauce and no malt vinegar. Celery & carrots with ranch instead. For this gross meal I paid $22 plus tip ! NEVER AGAIN CASINO INN NEVER AGAIN ! SO DISAPPOINTED !!!

My wife and I spent couple days in Alpine after Christmas. We are a big fan of local bars that have live music so we decided to give the Casino Inn a try. The night started off a little disappointing because the band canceled. However our server Kelly was amazing and the drinks were great. We also shared the surf and turf plate and it was delicious. When it was time to leave we were unable to get an Uber. We mentioned this to Kelly and she asked us where we were staying which just up the road. She told us that she would be happy to give us a ride since she passes right by our hotel. This is a great reminder that there are still nice people in this world. Kelly went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!!
