I ordered a Big Mac meal with no cheese on the Big Mac. When I get my meal the Big Mac has cheese, no problem, I just let them know that they put cheese on it. They say that they will bring out one without cheese and to go park on curbside. No issues there at all. However, this older lady who I assume is the manager rudely asks what’s wrong with the Big Mac and asks for it back before she hands me the one without cheese. Like I had asked at the window if they wanted the one with cheese back and the young man said no. Like are they going to resell the burger that I touched??? I felt that she was very rude and unprofessional. The old lady who is the manager lacks customer service skills and is very passive aggressive. Someone needs to replace her. This McDonalds has poor management.

The coffee was hot and fresh. So were the chicken Mc Griddle's. I had to park in a numbered spot and wait 5 minutes for them to walk the food out to me. This seems to be a common practice at most McDonald's I've been to.Parking: The parking lot has ample parking for anytime of day. It is a shared parking lot with a grocery store and Starbucks.

This McDonald's location has improved. They used to always mess up on my orders and I don't live close by. Since they've hired new staff, the orders have improved.

I got sick. Ordered some mc doubles with out onions because I cant have them. The tag on the burgers confirmed that they were in fact made without onions. Took a huge bite and it was all onion. It was a horrible experience that Ill be dealing with until my body regulates.Seeing as how they have managers prepping food now, yould think the order would be made correctly. I understand if i grabbed a burger that didnt have the label, but to mislabel it altogether for some unsuspecting customer. Yikes.DOV:11.30.23 16:20
