Product is good, service is borderline disgusting. In the past I have ordered items in the menu. If they ran out, the cashier would give you an estimate of how long it would take to get the product and once it's done, had the courtesy to to deliver it to you so you didn't have to wait inside the place. My 2 sons and I Visited Wetzel Pretzels Tuesday at 11am and it was fresh n yummy! the 2 employees were super nice as well! we love it here and will definitely come back again and again!

This is a small but decent Wetzels. Always have good service here and the prices are very reasonable. Recently got the Jalapeño pretzel dog and s'mores bites and it hit the spot. The hot dog was well done just how I like it. They make the s'mores bits to order so it's not mushy and tastes good.
