So....I get it 730pm on a Saturday.....they close at 8pm, you're in a hurry to get out. It wasn't like 5 minutes out....it was 30 + minutes before close. A smile a hello ....they did get me out quick, all the while this guy mopped. E into a corner....literally!I get it be happy people are working.....etcBut DAMN

Went around 3:30 today. And the blonde hair young lady had an attitude taking my order. Was having a bad day and that made it worse. Unacceptable. Please hire better staff!

Pretty disappointed with the new waffle bowls. Both bowls were filled much less than advertised smh I guess I'll just stick to the smoothies

This place has great drinks. Wonderful snacks. Friendly staff. However the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they had Christmas music playing in September!!! One of the staff agreed that it was a little too early for this music and hopefully the manager reviews this and offers some solutions to the team members and guests. Still love me some Jamba, just change the music to something more summer ish type. Thanks.

When I walked in two people greeted me and I was helped right away. My drink was made quickly and very good! Will go back again. Probably the best location I've been too!

Placed a mobile order at this Jamba location. When my drink was ready my friend and I entered the store. There were 4 workers inside and no one greeted us. You would think with 4 workers and no one else in the store, we would've been greeted and bid farewell with some kind of decency. Me and one of the workers stared at each other for 3 seconds before she said "are you ready to place an order?". I mentioned that I was picking up a mobile order. When my drink came out, my friend and I both said "thank you" in a clear and loud voice. There was no response.

This place has the best smoothies in the world if you like peanut butter or peanut butter smoothie is the best.
I ordered the Acai drink. Although it tasted weird at first, I got used to it and ended up really liking it. I give one less star because service was super slow. I get there was just one other customer. Despite that, the worker had to read off the ingredients and she was just slow in preparing the drink. She had stellar customer service skills and was very nice.

I was at this location today at 4:12 pm. There is a female employee that is the most rudest ever. My first encounter with this same female employee was bad as well. I let it slide. Not today! She messed up on my order and had the audacity to be rude about her mistake. When I asked her for her name she said with attitude, "Excuse me" while rolling her eyes and head. If she is continuously going to be rude she shouldn't be working in customer service. I will be reaching out to the Manager in Monday.

Came to have the Aloha Pineapple and the Gotcha Matcha green drink. The green drink was not to my taste but my friend liked it. My drink was great. I also had an order of the Belgian Waffle which was really good as well. This place seems to be well maintained and clean and everyone was still wearing masks while in the back making the drinks. Really made me feel comfortable that my drinks were without a doubt clean and safe to consume. I really appreciated the service here and would love to come back again another day.
