I love Taco Bell flamingo and Decatur I work 12 to 14 hours a day. I’m tired. I love coming home chilling with my family watching some movies and just having some us time we make people smile every day working hard but Taco Bell flamingo decatur makes me smile like helping me.

Food was good, staff friendly but, they didn't know how to turn on the fire pit in the back and we were there as a big group for my birthday it would have been nice to sit by the fire...
The service here is CRAP!!!! They are forever missing something. The food sucks! Everytime I get cinnamon twist they have no sugar/cinnamon in them. They are gross! You can order $10 or $20 of and they make you park in the parking lot to wait for your food. There is a there who double everything you order, so you'll have to go back in to get a refund. They seriously need to get this spot together.

They always gives you the wrong order. Either it will be less items or the wrong items. Most of the time o order cheese quesadillas and they give me chicken quesadillas.I ordered Veggie Mexican pizza and they give me meat Mexican pizza.It happened so many times. Really really bad experience. When I call them to complain they would never answer the phone.

I like this location because it's convenient. They are always so fast and efficient. I usually go through the drive thru. I ordered a chalupa supreme and a regular nacho fries. I paid cash at the window and got my food immediately. I stopped at the parking lot to eat it. I ate the nacho fries first and it was hot! The cheese sauce was piping hot as well. The chalupa was cold and didn't have enough ground beef filling. There was more sour cream than I would have liked and the chalupa bread was not as soft and fluffy. Could have been warmed a little. I still ate it. There was a sign at the drive thru window that they're hiring. Could use a little more attention to detail.
