TL;DR - flavorful and delicious Indian food; quality ingredients and clean. Located on the second floor of the Anaheim Packing House, it's a must try. Had the tandoori chicken and made it thali combo, which added salad, yogurt sauce, naan, and lentils. The lentils! So delicious. Also had the chicken tikka masala... tons of flavor and lots of chicken!

I ordered chicken tikka masala with salad instead of rice, and garlic naan. The tikka masala was delicious but the potion of chicken in the dish was pretty small. The salad was awesome - radish and cabbage and all sorts of interesting things - it was really good. The naan wasnt not very good though. Theres lits of good options elsewhere

We had a lovely Lamb Biryani and a fantastic goats cheese Naan. This is the real deal.

Not great... unlikely I'd come again. Packing House and the business was not excessively busy. No wait at the reg when I walked up. I browsed the menu and everything looked awesome. I decided on the Lamb Seekh Kebab and added Garlic Naan. After tax and tip, $27/$28 I ordered around 8 and at 8:25 my buzzer let me know the food was ready. 25 mins... is a pretty long time. BUT, if it's made fresh, totally worth the wait. The quantity of food was a bit disappointing. Again, just under $30... Everything smelled great when I walked my food to the table, but when sat down and took a bite: cold rice, cold lamb. The NAAN was pipping hot. But why would the food be dead ass cold? Incredibly disappointing. The flavor profile was pretty solid. But it was almost $30 and it was cold. I almost took it back but I hate throwing away food. It's also disappointing that this place, like many many others, leaves room on the receipt for a service tip when there is no service! I don't get it, just make your prices higher and be upfront about how much things are going to cost. Incredibly frustrating. Pretty big let down for a few reasons.

First time at Anaheim Packing District, ADYA was recommended. Typical food hall feeling of festivity, Adya is in the far back corner. Was not greeted warmly by what looked like the owner (older more established gentleman) but he took our order anyway. Only got three items (1) Samosa's appetizer, (2) Chicken Tikka Masala, and (3) Garlic Naan. The three items were $32 before tip, so a bit steep price wise. First, the samosa's were out of this world. Two very tiny samosa's in a rich garden of herbs and sauces, was genuinely delicious. Chicken Tikka Masala was so-so. The chicken was a bit gamey like you get with dark meat, so I think they used the thighs. Was not enjoyable at all, and I could not eat it. I gave it to someone in my party, and they couldn't eat it either. Finally, a third friend showed up who had not eaten, and she couldn't eat it either... so we all agreed, taste was not good (and this is their most popular dish). The naan was mediocre, but a bit too small and dry. For the money to quality, I would give this restaurant a one star or less rating, but I bumped it big for the samosas. Those are truly a delicacy, so my recommendation is to skip the main dishes and the naan and just eat the appetizer of samosas.

Executive Chef Shachi Mehra was the winner on the tv show Chopped. I've watched that show and so excited to visit this location. When you enter from the valet parking lot it's located on the second floor, back right corner opposite of the main entrance doors. Great service and you get to watch them in action. Tandoori ovens and skewers lined with the cooked meats served fresh. There's bar seating on the side counter for customers and their signature hot sauce stares at you. Taunting you to get a bottle and feel the burn. Full of flavor! These veggie samosas packed a bright punch. It has the traditional dipping sauce flavors all combined into one. Making these parcels the perfect bite.

This place used to be my favorite place to eat whenever my husband and I came to Anaheim packing, until the other day. I ordered the thali chicken Tika masala, and my husband ordered the chicken tika masala burrito. Next day we both got food poisoning, both miserable in bed and next to/on the toilet for days. Sorry Adya, you were once our absolute favorite, but Never again.

Ordered a few things from the menu via delivery so I am not reviewing the ambience or the service. I ordered the Pani puri which was delicious. The sev puri was good too although I prefer and expected flattened puris rather than the puffed ones. The samosa chaat was my least fave dish. It had yogurt which was very sour. The Gulab jamuns were cute and tasty. However there was a sprinkling of something on top which looked like pistachios so not great for nut allergies. The food was good but I have had better especially for their prices.

I ordered the CMT burrito and was blown away. The flavor was spicy, warm, and balanced. The chicken was so tender. Honestly, from all the places we tried here today Adya was the one that blew us away.

Rarely do I not look at Yelp reviews before I try a new place, but this time I didn't, and I'm glad or I may not have went there! The food was amazing, such great seasoning on everything. Unfortunately we forgot to take pics until half way through, but we got the Malai Chicken, which wasn't the most flavorful but still very good and fresh, also got the Tandoori Chicken which was excellent! They say it's spicy but it's very mild. We also split the lamb sloppy Joe sandwich (I think it was a special), also reallly good, the lamb was piled deep and the flavor was bomb, the buns were incredible, delicious! Lastly, of course we had to get some Naan, it wasn't totally unique, but it was tasty. I really thought the prices were fare as well, see my pic for the menu board. For such quality food, it seemed very reasonable. We will definitely go back (once we work up the motivation to fight the parking at the Anaheim District again)!

My wife and I tried this spot while at the Packing District. The food was great. We love Indian food, since my wife is from India. I tasted absolutely nothing wrong with this place. The food portions were very good, the quality was good and the presentation was good as well. I hope this place stays for a very long time. The service was good, the food came out in an adequate time. The ambiance was the same as the entire Packing House interior. It was good.

I really enjoyed dinner from here tonight! The staff was really helpful in describing to me what was and was not vegan. I opted for the vegan thali which included the Curry of the day (a cauliflower dish) and Chana masala. Both were delicious! I also loved the salad, roti and chutney that the entrée came with. Highly recommend!

Our experiences at ADYA have been nothing but great. It's located in the 2nd floor corner so it's easily missed. There are plenty of Indian cuisine choices outside of the packing district but ADYA holds its ground firmly as it dishes out delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. Yes the choices are pricey. A medium sized tray of rice and a small bowl of curry for ~$20ish is quite pricey; I'm not going to lie. It doesn't even come with a side of naan bread or chutney. But at the same time you're paying this amount to enjoy the packing district vibe. Service wise, there really isn't much to cover here. You order and they give you a pager letting you know when the food is ready. I didn't wait too long for my order and they even prepared my wife's order on the spot. I don't think this place deserves the 1-2 stars some reviews have given. It really does dish out delicious Indian food and I would recommend this place; just be aware of the price tag.

Food was okay. The garlic naam (sorry forgot how to spell it) didn't have much flavor like it usually does and the chicken ticka masala was ok. I was not impressed and I love Indian food.

I don't know why people are hating on this place for the price to food ratio. Their food is BOMB! I love trying new Indian food and so glad I stumbled upon Adya inside Anaheim Packing District. They specialize in modern Indian food. We only got one thing off their menu since we wanted to try different foods within the food hall but I would come back here again to try more of their items! 5/5: Keema Pav - This is their spiced minced lamb slider that came with pink pickled onions and a green sauce. The potato bun was warm and soft with a lightly sweet flavor that reminded me of brioche bun. The spiced minced lamb meat was DELICIOUS. It's like a sloppy Joe texture with big chunks of minced lamb packed flavor with the spices. This was not as spicy for the people that can't do spice. We gobbled it up fast. The price was around $11ish with tax and was very reasonable priced. Maybe if they added a small side and charged $15-16 people would stop complaining about the portion to sizes? Of course you're not filled after this but I thought it was decent price for the quality of flavor you get. That's why you gotta order more to try on the menu.
