There should be more people here, we're the only diners when we went. Oh, well. More for us.

Went at 5:30-6:30 and there was no one in the restaurant. So as I sat down and ordered the shaken beef with fries not sure what to expect. However when the food came I was quite surprised with the quality, with the beef chunks being perfectly seasoned and tender as can be and the fries being crispy on the outside with a soft and warm interior. I went with family and ordered 5 other dishes, all of which also surpassed all expectations and left us satisfied and collectively agreeing this place is much too underrated for the quality and value of the food.

Great food! Service was excellent, portions are generous. Wanted to try a little bit of everything, was not disappointed. This place is clean and spacious which felt comfy. Simple setup but it works

The place is clean and is nice. Staff are nice but they forgot a lot of our orders and we had to keep asking for things. As for food, everything we ordered came on time, but I will say it lacks flavor. A little salt doesn't hurt. I do appreciate the fresh ingredients. I gave 3 starts because menu items was kids friendly and choices was simple. I really wasn't expecting much since it was far away from Viet Central. I don't think with all the great Viet food here, I will be back, but I can see that this place can be attractive to non-Viet people.

If you're on the hunt for Vietnamese food, Koi Kitchen is it! This hidden gem tucked away in the Anaheim and deserves all the praise it can get!Let's start with the French fries. Yes, you read that right - French fries at a Vietnamese fusion restaurant. These aren't your ordinary fries; they're crispy, golden perfection. It's the kind of appetizer that makes you want to skip straight to dessert because you just can't get enough.Next up, the shaken beef - an absolute must-try. The tender chunks of beef are cooked to perfection, complemented by a heavenly fried rice. It's a harmonious symphony of flavors that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.And lets no forget the crispy salmon fillet with garlic noodles. The salmon was impeccably cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Paired with the fragrant and delicious garlic noodles! The flavors meld together in a way that's simply divine - every bite was a revelation. But the real star of the show for me the Koi special pho. This dish is a work of art. The broth is rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying, and the noodles have the perfect texture. The combination of meats and fresh herbs elevates this pho to a whole new level. It's comfort food with a gourmet twist. The ambiance at Koi Kitchen is cozy and inviting, making it the ideal place to share a meal with friends. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to offer recommendations and ensure you have a memorable dining experience. In conclusion, Koi Kitchen in Anaheim has become my go-to spot for exceptional Vietnamese fusion cuisine. Whether you're craving crispy salmon, a comforting bowl of pho, or just some outstanding French fries, this place has it all. I can't wait to return for more unforgettable meals!

Great restaurant to visit for some delicious Asian fusion food! My favorite was the wagyu fried rice. I kept seeing pictures of it and figure it was a basic fried rice with wagyu on top -- but it was different from all the other fried rice I had. There are also bits of shredded meat in the fried rice that helps elevate the dish and makes it stand out. I've also tried the ribs and the flavor is addicting! Their form of garlic noodles here is different from the expected garlic noodles you would get from places such as the Vox. It has more of a subtle garlic flavor and pairs well with the dipping sauce. I met the owner and I can tell that she is super passionate about her food! She wants her customers to enjoy the best -- and looks to improve in any way she can to make her customers happy. If you're in the area or looking to find a post workout meal, I recommend stopping by and giving it a try!

Recommended by our friends my husband and I went for lunch to give it a try. We were not disappointed at all.We ordered a bowl of big rib special pho (2 ribs) and a garlic noodles shaken beef. Both were delicious, the ribs were so soft , the vegetables were fresh, and the wok seared filet mignon were so tender.Besides the quality food, the place was clean, spacious and modern, the young man serving us was very attentive and polite.Keep it up! We will certainly come back and come back with our family members and friends.

The service and food here was great! The restaurant is very clean. The server was very attentive. The beef for the broth was very tender and the broth is flavorful. The egg rolls are delicious and crunchy. The garlic noodles with shaken beef is tasty! I enjoy eating here!

This place is so good. Ambience is good, food is good and customer service is also good. The owner is so kind. She's so excited about the waffle selections that she will be adding to her menu this summer. She allowed us to try the Cassava waffle. Was honestly so bomb, and not overly sweet as well. It was crunchy on the outside and had a mochi texture inside. Amazing! Definitely a must on the list of Sunday brunches

We’ll where do I start? We ordered the calamari and literally got like 7 calamari!!! I thought I ordered appetizers not a sample!!? Secondly the place was hot and humid. Service was slow. I’ll recommend a hard pass.
