I visited on march 7 and was in the mood for taquitos. I can usually judge a place by the way they make taquitos or asada if I'm in the mood for Mexican food. I ordered taquitos, but didn't receive them, I ordered a hard taco plate with rice and beans, there was salsa in the tacos, which Im very picky about, so I couldn't eat the tacos. The rice was bland, but I forced myself to eat it with the beans. And my friends couldn't eat what they got either. And was charged for something I didn't receive.

As a rule their food is great. Today not so much. Hardly no meat in my Enchaladas, and the bellpepper wasn't cook all the way. The sauce didn't taste the same. It just wasn't happening today for them. I won't be going back.

If there is a option for 0 stars that's what I will rate ! Horrible customer service from the actual owner himself or so he says he is a bald old man who took my order and kept cutting off through speaker! I asked him a question to make sure my order was right and didn't get a response so I decided to pull forward to the window. I tried to call him over nicely but he never came. When her finally came over to give me my total I asked him if it was the right order he gave me a whole attitude and told me that's why he asked me at the speaker I told him I tried to call you back but nobody responded! A women took over and I asked for the manager she told me he was and she was very nice and even apologized for the man's behavior ! He then proceeded to say "I'm not the manager I'm the owner" as if that was going to make it any better. How are you going to be the owner and treat your customer with disrespect when being talked to nicely and never disrespecting you. Definitely do not recommend this place at all. And to the girl who was nice enough hope he doesn't treat her like this too.

Drive thu said 9.99 for Carnitas enchiladas.. The woman at the window tried to charge me over 12$…Not the first time they’ve tried to gaff me.. Great food but lookout!!!!

Negative 0 stars! Who puts rice in a shrimp taco!!! I was just there and worst food ever!! Waste of 10.25 got asada taco and shrimp... do not recommend! The food it gross!!

Not good at all. They are a wanna be Alberto's Mexican. Don't bother wasting your money. The prices are high and the food portions are small. They are stingy on the cheese also. They do more Uber eats business since the customers won't complain or go back at the restaurant.

Food has change a lot, the roll taquitos are always bad and causes me stomach aches, the guacamole stinks. Also It seems to me the people that works here needs to learn how to make salsas because they taste horrible.

i was craving taquitos after a trip to disney and found this place close by. the yelp reviews were terrible but i didn't know this until after picking up my food from the drive through. there was no line, the place looked pretty old-school. i decided to take my chances. my taquitos were not bad! i might stop here again!

After a long week of fighting for my life in horrible health, I decided to turn things around and remind myself of the beauties of life by stopping here for a tasty horchata drink. You cannot imagine the pure terror that struck me as the man at the drive through window grabbed one of the plastic knives and stabbed my beloved horchata in cold blood, then throwing it on top of my car! I demanded a new one for my hard earned money that I've spent and he slammed the window in my face, clearly because I was a woman. It isn't safe for women to come anywhere for horchata now days with the imprisoned society of misogyny, especially at Albertoz! The patriarchy starts with Alberto himself - and is carried out by the many roaches I saw scatter across the kitchen. I will never return!

The food always isn’t amazing. It like…gets the job done, but it’s nothing to write home about. The customer service is seriously lacking. They never give receipts so I’m like ‘I guess I’ll pay whatever they’re telling me and be on my way.’ But above all, they gave me green sauce when I asked for red. I think everyone can relate to when you get home and you’re missing that one perfect condiment to complement the meal. When you role up through the drive-thru you can see into their kitchen (I’ve gone about five times in the past 2 years and the door is ALWAYS open) and yeah man, it looks rough.
