Best food spot around. Appreciate their mocktail menu, teas are great too, all the foods amazing high quality meats so tender and portions are decent, desert menu is phenomenal too.

The employees and the owner are disrespectful. Yet the employees are not very well trained and must/need to be more trained; felt unwelcome.

So glad we believed the "excellent" reviews of recent others. True, all! The Mixed Kabob Platter and Levantine Eggplant Salad for two people was the perfect early dinner today. Great job, server Ally and bus-guy Norman!

This is the worst restaurant and service I have ever dealt with. My friends and I reserved a table two weeks in advance for a large group. We had a birthday celebration and wanted to celebrate at the restaurant after having dinner. First, we were told "kids under 18 are not allowed on the outside patio and it's a policy"? I have never heard or seen any restaurant kick a child out for being under age. Didn't know this was a 18+ restaurant... and side note, the table that was behind our reserved one had a child!!! And definitely under 18. After that I brought down a small box of cake in a bag and asked the host if she can put it in the fridge until we finished dinner just like any restaurant would. She stated that there is a $45 charge if we want to bring in a cake. there is NO where were this is written on there website or page or anywhere!!! We asked if we can leave it in the car and just bring it for pictures and they said we have to pay the $45 no matter what if we wanted to bring anything in. We talked to the restaurant owner as he began to speak rudely to my friend and ALL his employees were laughing as if a joke was being said. We told them that we are not paying for the cancellation fee and won't be dining in anymore and that we will be reporting the charge if they were to charge us (they require a payment method when booking a table online for a cancellation fee) and we ended up leaving because the employees and resrtaunt owner were very disrespectful to us and did not even try to fix the problem or be nice in any way.

I almost never leave a 1 star review. This is sad for the owners because I know how incredibly difficult it is to open a restaurant. Their staff must be trained on this. Front guy with tied curly hair and tattoos taking the phone calls and "hosting" customers inside...? Yeah - FIRED or ReTrain him immediately. I had my entire family outside, waiting to be seated. One of my nephews wanted to use the restroom before hand. We walked up to the front, waited a few minutes until the guy with the tied curly hair and tattoos was finished with his phone call, and then proceeded to tell us that we cannot use the restroom. I asked him why, and he told me that it was for paying customers only. I told him I have my entire family waiting outside for us to be seated, he then looked at me and ignored me and that's the reason for this review. This was such a horrible experience at customer service and restaurant hospitality. This person needs to either get retrained or fired because they are not passionate about their work. I would never hire somebody who treats my customers like the way I got treated. No greeting, no smile, being ignored, no customer service, and not allowed to use the restroom while waiting to be seated. That's a new one... By the way, people from Aleppo are definitely not like this person. If anyone had a bad experience, please don't think they are all like this. The Middle Eastern people in the Middle East and their people are/is the most hospitable and polite places on earth. We went to a different middle eastern place down the road.

Absolutely amazing, we fed 10 people and everyone loved it. Lamb chops, kabobs, dips and dessert were all a hit. It was so good we ended up placing a 2nd delivery order. Hadi assisted me with my order, thanks buddy I appreciate it!

Not the typical Mediterranean restaurant. They offer some special dishes you won't see elsewhere. I went with the old standards.... Excellent kabobs, baklava, and hummus. Great place to eat before a Ducks or Angels game because within walking distance of both venues.
