This place is really good. Portions are huge and very tasty. Food is ordered up at the counter and then served to you where you are seated. Great location and super good variety of sandwiches. Will definitely be coming back.

The convenience of this restaurant being a five-minute drive from your house has undoubtedly been a major plus over the past nine years. It's clear that you've been a loyal customer, especially drawn in by their reputation for serving the best sandwiches in town. It's disappointing to hear that your favorite, the #14 spicy fried chicken sandwich, has been removed from the menu due to prep time constraints. Losing such a standout item could indeed affect your desire to return. Hopefully, the owners reconsider and bring back the beloved sandwich, as it seems to have been a significant draw for you and likely many other customers. We paid extra for avocado and didn't receive it on an already pricey sandwich. It's a pretty good sandwich, but nothing you couldn't get somewhere else.

Couldn't wait to try this place because the reviews are amazing, the food looks awesome and since Tony's closed we needed a new sandwich place. We walked in and the place was deserted. Ordered, quickly got the food and brought it home to eat, about a 4 minute drive. The fries were cold, the pastrami on rye...tasteless and I spent about 10 minutes picking the corn out of my macaroni salad because it just doesn't there, IMHO. Everyone has different tastes, I absolutely understand that but this was definitely not to my liking. Bummer too, cause honestly everything on the menu looks delicious.

I've been here a few times and decided to try their pastrami sandwich. It was not what I expected. It was too gooey and saucy for a pastrami sandwich and skimpy on the meat. The pastrami itself was small pieces and shreds as opposed to slices. (Go somewhere that specializes in pastrami if that's what you're craving. ) I've had other sandwiches here particularly the Boss and Turkey Salad sandwich. Both are prepared perfectly with generous amounts of meat and veggies. Overall, wonderful service, great quality, other than the pastrami.

First time trying out this sandwich spot. I placed a Bronx Club order over the phone around 11am and it was ready within 10 minutes. I meant to order my bread dutch crunch but forgot, nonetheless I enjoyed the sandwich as it came. I was afraid the french baguette was going to be hard but it was not, it was the perfect texture. Everything about the sandwich was on point: flavor, portion, freshness. Definitely a quality sandwich that's worth the price!

Nice filling sandwiches with a lot of different flavors to choose from. I just feel that as good as their sandwiches are, the interior of shop could use an update. Still seems rather industrial in inside appearance. But definitely, you won't get these kinds of sandwiches anywhere else! And that includes in NYC since, being from Brooklyn, I've never seen them there. But that doesn't make them any less delicious.
