This hotel is fresh off of a top to bottom renovation that makes it feel much more along the lines of something like a JW Marriott property. First of all, the front desk staff was among the friendliest I've ever encountered - truly welcoming. The rooms are a delight with expensive looking touches such as gorgeous textured wallpapers in the bedroom and bathroom, superbly comfortable beds and linens. The Gilchrist and Soames bath products add an additional upscale touch. I highly recommend this hotel. Make sure and request a full balcony room on a higher floor facing the park if possible.

Perfect location for Disneyland. Hotel room was plenty big enough for a family of 4. Upgraded to Club Level and it was so worth it. It was a place where you could come back to after a full day at the park to unwind, have a cold drink and just chill. Would definitely recommend staying here

Loved this hotel! Our hotel room was spacious, shockingly very quiet, and very clean. The shower was like a spa and much welcome after a long day at Disneyland. Only a ten minute walk or so from the parks, it was in the perfect location. Plus we got to check-in early which is THE BEST!!!! Guest services was also super helpful and held our bags for us when we went out to breakfast. Would definitely stay here again, plus the historic Disneyland photos add a nice touch in the hallways.

The rooms were Decent and frankly were the reason to visit, just as a place to stay while kids have To run down the street. The biggest bottle neck was the elevator to come and go. Also the parking lot felt tight, which can’t be helped by rental cars for families of 8 for road trips. Clean And seems convenient. Worth the trip.

I can not begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay!! Rebecca was so sweet and so patient and so welcoming!! The rooms were clean, the pool was fun and the bellman and valet were awesome also! Rebecca thank you again for your outstanding professionalism and hospitality!! This is why I am a Marriot member!!!

The hotel was not as accommodating as I had hoped. I arrived early -and requested an early check in 2 days before arriving. When I got there I was told that because I had a "very specific room request" (quiet room away from the elevator - high floor if possible) - my room was not ready. I was told to check back later. 3 hours later I checked back - only to be told that the room still wasn't ready. I had been up since 4 am - that day and so I asked if there were any rooms available. I was told there was one - and I said I'll take it. Well it wasn't a quiet room - it was very noisy. After 5 nights in that room - I went down and asked to be changed to another room. They said they didn't have any rooms available - and told to come back later. I did come back a few hours later and was told that they had another room but it had no balcony. I said as long as it's quiet - I would take it. Those 2 nights were fine. The rooms are all nice - but sleep is very important. To say I had a "very specific room request" was inaccurate. So 5 nights of my vacay were not happy ones. FYI: no free "in suite WIFI" and if you want to watch the NETFLIX channel - you have to pay as well. I don't think I will be returning.

This is a typical conference hotel despite its location (a short *walk* from the Disneyland gates), although the rooms do have balconies. The property seems overdue for a refresh. The room had some electrical issues and not all of the stall doors closed in the conference center restrooms...a problem as I was there for a conference. The very nicest area was the outdoor terrace, which was lovely with heaters for when the desert air dropped in temperature. I didn't try the restaurant because I wasn't in the mood for pizza. I did get some food in the bar. This was good, but was on the "small plates" side. The alcohol was better. The pop-up bars took credit cards (until they didn't, not sure what was with that). Hotel still provides daily housekeeping. I like to opt out for environmental reasons, but if you care about that. However, there was no access to the stairs to guest rooms. I was on the second floor and having to get out my room key to use the elevators and then hope that the sensors in the elevator would actually work before somebody called it to floor seven got a little wearisome...again, this hotel is definitely overdue for a refresh. Nicely laid out, lovely location, and some of the rooms have balconies pointed at the Disney fireworks. Large convenience store on the ground floor which I didn't use, but did have everything you might have forgotten as well as Disney souvenirs, a reasonable selection of ice cream, etc. Staff were, overall, great. Hotel was very clean. I would probably choose a cheaper property if I was staying there for leisure, though.

Hi, We booked two room for business trip, we arrived at hotel 3:40pm and room not ready yet, check in time should be at 3pm, we need the room for taking shower and we have meeting after that but they wanted us to wait for the room, its really bad service since we already booked a month ago and would have room ready at their check-in time they posted. First time and last time.

My family and I frequent Disneyland and when we stay the night, we stay at the Sheraton Hotel. We've stayed there multiple times at different seasons throughout the year. It's just a short walk to the Toy Story Parking lot, from which you can get the bus to Disneyland. The rooms themselves are comfortable and enough space for me, my wife and two kids to feel like we can relax. Plus, you can see the fireworks from your window if you get the north side of the hotel. The outdoor pool is heated and I've never seen it crowded. A great place to rest from a busy day at the parks. But what keeps me coming back to this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly understanding of any issues with reservations or the rooms themselves. They actually listen and try to accommodate us as best they can. I've stayed other 4 and 5-star hotels and while amenities are always important, it's the staff that can make or break your hotel stay. My experiences with Sheraton Park has been extremely positive because of the great amenities, sure, but the caring staff that go above and beyond in their service to their guests.

Really nice hotel, staff was very kind and helpful. Location was a good walk/bus ride away to Disneyland. Only thing missing a complimentary breakfast or restaurant would have made it pretty perfect.

Was a bit nervous as the reviews on here were mixed, so want to be balanced and showcase both sides of the coin. For context we are a husband and wife in our 30s, from England, massive Disney fans but first time in Anaheim. Good: - Location: I am not a fast walker by any means. From our room to park security it was taking us around 15 mins. All flat, felt perfectly safe even at night (as so many fellow tourists around). IHOP right across the street, Walgreens and CVS a few doors down. - Comfy beds - Powerful and hot shower - Free safe and small fridge - Friendly reception staff - Immaculately clean, smelt amazing, felt new - Wifi was super fast (our Virgin package included it for free) - We asked for a room with park (firework) view, and we got it - really lovely Not so good (reasons for 'average' score): - In-room temperature: it snowed whilst we were there, that's how cold it was. However the room was constantly boiling, to the extent we'd wake up in the night sweating. We did one day open the balcony door, but a neighbour was outside smoking something we wouldn't consider legal here in the UK, which quickly filled the room and was less than pleasant - Storage: was lacking. If there were four of us in the room it really would have been a struggle. It feels like this place is designed more for a one or two night stay - Noise: I specifically asked for a quiet room, away form the lifts (after reading other reviews). I was delighted to be given this, but not so delighted to soon realise the soundfproofing was totally non-existent. Every morning and night we would hear people talking as they moved down the corridor, and for the first three days we were woken up by crying children at 4am - Prices for food / snacks in the hotel we thought were especially overpriced (just go elsewhere) Would I stay here again? Not unless I got a cracking deal. There is so much choice in the area I just think you could do better.

This recently remodeled hotel was beautiful. It has all the amenities you look for in a nice hotel. With views of either their lovely pool area or the fireworks at night on the other side of the hotel. The walk from hotel to main gates is exactly 1 mile. Which we took advantage of with Starbucks, Walgreens, CVS and IHOP along the way. The hotel does have everything you need on site as well, gift shop, restaurant & bar etc.

Front desk staff is disrespectful and rude. Specifically, Adrian is very very rude and has an attitude problem. He does not make an effort to resolve problems. They take a while to retrieve packages, which incidentally they also charge $5 per box. This is the first time any 4-star or higher hotel has charged for this service. I don’t think I’m staying here ever again.

this hotel is amazing. The beds are so comfortable. The newly renovating rooms are so cute. I loved it. It was in a far walk at all from the parks at all. I’m maybe at best 10 minutes. the pool was nice and big the staff was so kind i like that they have a Starbucks on site and the rooms 10/10 and the rates were so good like I paid $130 a night and I think I definitely would stay her again and again on the rights to change and I do notice that it is more expensive the further you go into each month, but in February it was cheap and I feel like this hotel is amazing

Great proximity to Disneyland and California Adventure . It was probably about 15 minute walk to the parks. The room was modern and clean. I really appreciate the overnight staff for accommodating my late arrival. Very helpful. I look forward to returning !
