These people do not practice safe handling or cleanliness!!! Please be careful if you have a peanut allergy and come here, I purchased an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and it was on a separate tray from the peanut butter cookies but I still got an allergy reaction because apparently they don’t keep their peanut dishes separate from non peanut items. When I went to tell the owner Karen that they should be more careful with the dishes, she and her husband both told me why do I go there if they have peanuts. Contacting health authorities!!!

This is my favorite place to go for cookies. The customer service is impeccable and the feeling that the staff give you when you walk through the door is so nice. I have an allergy and they were so helpful in finding cookies that fit my needs when I asked for it. They also had a sign that warned me about it. The cookies are amazing and the food is delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is the worst place I've ever been too . Their customer service and over all experience was bad . I never leave reviews but I had to on this place . If you're looking to get cookies or anything look somewhere else .

The cookies are great, but the wait to get a sandwich made is sooooo slow. I've been waiting now for 20 minutes for 1 sandwich to be made.

Tried to be courteous and called to place an order for cookies since it was a larger amount (2 Dozen). I called at 1:30 and was told they only needed to be frosted and I could pick up at 3pm. I walked in at 3pm and was told they need ten minutes. After 10 minutes I went back in and was told they needed 5 minutes. After that I just left. They don’t value people time enough for me to spend $60 ok cookies with them. Terrible service, will not go back or recommend them to any one, anymore.

Advocating for this locally owned store. Cookies were really delicious . Way better than other big bake shop chain. I would get this for colleagues and how they just loved it. Their cookie was able to reach its bliss point, where it's not too sweet that it will cringe -- you but a little salty that you'd want for more. The texture is mouth watering. Service is reasonable as well.
Got to try these cookies as a gift. They are decadent,chewy but can be on the sweeter side. Overall it's delicious. Great for gifts. Love supporting small businesses

My first time trying this place and I'm happily surprised on how good it is. We got the full club sandwich with all the condiments and bacon , the Stromboli, the soup, and two chocolate chip cookies. The service was good and the cashier was really nice. She did forgot our soup but we asked and she was apologetic. Will be coming back!

This review is based on COOKIES only.And if I could say ONLY one thing, it would be this - buy these cookies!They are wonderful, delectable, and tasty!The employees are always so friendly and helpful.During the summer, they have my absolute favorite cookie - the s'mores, and I would recommend that you go (NOW) before the summer is over to purchase at least one.They have a bigger menu besides cookies - including sandwiches, and I will probably try them one day, but until then, I'll be buying cookies - and you should, too!
