28FEB2024 I ordered a Cuban cake, I asked the old lady who was at the register to add extra tomato, onion and lettuce, she charged me extra to do it and to my surprise, they didn't put anything extra, I think that instead of adding it, they took away what they regularly bring. Super bad service!!! Both the cashier and theThose who prepared my food did not pay attention to the order, and the supervisor was the worst. I called to file my complaint and she said that she paid attention and that if I had extra vegetables, she told me that if I wanted she could change them, (I'm going to wait to defecate it to take it away) ? you order to go and you're hardly going to go back to change the food because they didn't make it right and wait much longer…. In my life I will return to this place.pure courage.If you want something good, REDEL's Kitchen is highly recommended.

Been to this place a few times now, but the workers tend to have a snobbish attitude about them. This type of behavior usually filters down to employees from Management, set culture. The first few times I ate here I thought it was a coincidence, but this last time proved me correct.

Absolutely love this place. Great juices/smoothies. My favorite is the licuado de nuez or walnut/nut smoothie. The food is pretty good as well. You cannot go wrong with the torta cubana. I think its the best!!! They also have a good salsa bar with roasted serrano peppers if you need a good kick. I feel like they are always busy. You won't regret coming here!!
