I order chicken strips, they are old , dry hardy can bit in to them they look dark, the fries are chewy, old, and they taste like oil.

Gentleman who took my order was really kind and patient despite my complicated questions, orders, cancellations, and requests. He even asked me what sauces I’d like, gave me extra and good amount of napkins for the amount I ordered. The order was hefty so he asked me to pull to the front door. He was working real hard at this time around near 9:50pm. Was just soo kind and hardworking and I really hope he has a good day. He was so kind for the own goodness and I just appreciate that to the fullest extent. This was on March 1st!

This is a nice quiet place. If you want to meet and have a conversation with friends. We had the simple egg and bacon. Burrito, which was not overwhelming like some fast food. Breakfast's can be with their spicy sausages.

When having conversations with you team members. I would recommend talking to them about business matters in the back. I spent the last 15 mins listening to a lady manager complain about the workers that work at this location. Yelling across the store to talk to other team members. I am happy, I finally got to try the El Diablo Burger it was Spicy but Yummy! Employees provided excellent customer service, Unfortunately I went one time to another Carl's Jr and like a few weeks ago in Santa Ana off 17th/Tustin that area and they did not have the El Diablo Burger so far this Carl's Jr has better customer service than Starbucks at times! I like Starbucks for coffee better, I wanted a burger so I went to Carl's Jr because I really wanted to try the burger that I mentioned above!

I try not to eat a lot of fast food, but when I do I don't mind a juicy burger from Carl's. They'll do a wrap style up on request (no bread bun just wrapped in lettuce which is better for me). There service here is outstanding.
