I gave it high marks cause Ive never had issues here until today. lol. I don't know what went wrong but they gave me a plain patty with pickles on it. totally no what I ordered.
Ordered a Superstar to go. Got home, opened the Superstar wrapper, took a bite, and realized there was only one patty. It was a Famous Star. Hardly worth the time and gas to go back, but I was hungry and wanted the extra protein. They were good about replacing it, but the guy making burgers only had one job and he couldn't get it right.

I have the beginning stages of heart failure. I was mortified to eat fast food for weeks. When I was working and on the go, I was starving to death with a tight deadline. Chris (window guy) and Emelia (manager, I think?) not only educated me on the items on the menu with low sodium, they went above and beyond to make sure I had as healthy as a sandwich can be at Carls Jr. Thank you Chris and Emelia.
