i've been going to this cava location since they opened but recently the service and portions are going downhill. service is slow omg there will be a whole line of people and the staff take their sweet time. i understand lunch/dinner rush but they have zero urgency, on top of also forgetting certain toppings, sauce, etc. also the portions are definitely getting a lot smaller for the price you pay. not sure why they have a pick up area for online/app order when they don't even put the meal there to conveniently grab. this used to not be a problem, but in my most recent visit, i would have to ask them at the register and wait as the people at the register aren't attentive. i do enjoy the food at cava but they gotta do something about their staff

Food: quality of food here is top tier. They have amazing sauces, fresh toppings, and even fresh meats/ potato options for vegans. It's a Mediterranean chipotle and I honestly like it better than chipotle. Service: it's fast food, but it's fresh and high quality. They serve the kind pretty fast and give you a decent portion of meat. Ambiance: it's clean inside and the soda options are different than your average Coca Cola and Pepsi products.

Great customer service. Cyrus was very patient with me as it was my first time at cava, I asked about a million question and he answered with the same enthusiasm every time. The food was superb, and the pricing was incredibly competitive. I'd much prefer coming to cava and getting a $12 bowl over settling for a bland Chipotle bowl at $10.

I would give the food 5/5, but the service could've been better. They did not have falafels ready to go, and when asked we got conflicting responses from Lee don't have any" or " I guess we could make them but it will take 10-15 minutes." Which still was okay and we said we will wait, but the chef seemed upset and annoyed with having to go in the back to find the falafels and make them. The space was nice and were very busy saying it was during Friday dinner time. However, I would've liked to see it a bit more cleaner and stocked. The lemonades were almost empty which was a bummer for some customers that came in after us. The blueberry lemonade mixture is my absolute favorite! And I had to clean my own table due to crumbs and a mess. Great food, would not dine in.

I got the greens+grain bowl at this location and not only were the staff welcoming as I arrived but the quality of the Harrisa honey chicken and the veggies were great. It was a nice meal after a long day and I will be returning.. probably getting the same exact thing ?

Cava is like that cozy neighborhood spot where you can kick back, relax, and chow down on some seriously tasty Mediterranean eats. Seriously, their menu is a flavor explosion! Plus, the vibe is super chill, so you can just hang out and enjoy good food. Definitely worth swinging by for a laid-back dining experience! Rodney helped me and my wife on how to make the perfect salad bowl and it was amazing, will keep coming back for more! You have a lifetime customer

My girlfriend and I were super excited to eat after a workout back home. We were going to go to Chipotle, and honestly, we should have. We got there 30 minutes before closing, which is plenty of time before. Instead of being greeted by smiles, we felt uninvited by their annoyed looks; they even whispered to each other as we entered. When we were being "helped" by a worker with a hat, glasses, beard, around 5'7, and a nasty attitude. My girlfriend asked about the flavor of the rice to that worker, and he just said, "I don't know it's just rice." he was not even trying to help, especially when we asked what he recommended for the bowl because it was our first time we were grated by "I don't know how do u want it." I work at a restaurant, and granted it is fancier than this establishment, it is a common thing in the food industry to be friendly, inviting, and helpful to the customers. If he did not know how to help us, I question the ability of this restaurant to hire qualified employees. We ended up managing on our own and ordered sauces on the side and the pita, both of which were not present in the bag we took to eat at home (we didn't realize a restaurant worker would forget the only other things that we asked for other than a regular bowl). Furthermore, when I was eating my food, I realized a hair was in it. If I could rate a restaurant less, I would. The food was good, but the service was terrible after all that; I don't know how this worker should continue to work here. I never leave reviews, but this dude angered me so much. My girl didn't even finish her food because she was scared of another hair in her food.

This was my first time at CAVA and I'm soo glad we decided to come here. We will be coming here again. The greens and grain bowl I created was INSANE. I added the balsamic date vinaigrette and it did not disappoint! The staff is also very friendly and attentive!!

Yummy food, great for vegans. BUT, I have two qualms. I have been to this location multiple times and have enjoyed all but one bowl that I ordered. Unfortunately, the individual prepping my bowl added waaaay too many scoops of lentils and they had run out of FALAFEL so I got the roasted veggies and sweet potato and they were bland and still crunchy. Other times my bowl has been AMAZING when they have the falafel. SECOND BUT: They are SLOW. They have multiple people working in the back and the front is busy with one order at a time. Two people running the register, one just scooping sauce into a container, and guy behind the grill basically just staring at everyone not doing anything. It's happened multiple times at this location where you have to wait ridiculously long for such a quick process. Ambiance is casual and it gets loud in there.

The food was sooooo delicious. This place is the holy grail of custom bowls. Chipotle met Mediterranean and had a beautiful baby. Everything was fresh and tasty. What really makes us want to come back is the extraordinary customer service that Rodney provided us. He was so nice, welcoming and patient with us as we made up our minds on what to try. He explained all the options to us first timers and gave us recommendations and his personal faves. His friendliness was the cherry on top to a great first experience. Definitely recommend Cava but especially this location! Great tasting, high quality food!

Ava, Rodney Kyle and Annesly and all the amazing staff at cava are spectacular. It is a privilege to be able to have such wonderful food so nearby. there is not enough stars to give on this app. I wish I could give them 100 stars. This location is absolutely fantastic. You guys have to come here.

After trying out the local CAVA near me, I decided to try it again, but on the way home at this location! The service was very helpful and quick and we were able to get our bowls within 5 minutes, even with a full line. The dining area is a good size, but needed some cleaning of the tables, as we were not able to find a clean surface, but that's fine. The bowls themselves were delicious. My bowl included super greens, brown rice, red pepper hummus, harissa, tzatziki, grilled chicken, roasted sweet potato, tomato and cucumber, Persian cucumbers, red onion, roasted corn, crumbled feta, balsamic date dressing, and yogurt dill. I have to say that it is just delicious and a different bowl each time, so I will definitely come back for more.

Here's a quick-meal situation served in the assembly-line style we are all familiar with, much like chipotle or subway, except this is a Mediterranean fusion version. I had basmati rice with the spicy lamb meatballs (which were not spicy at all, imo) but they were quite tasty. I added all the trimmings, harissa (which was spicy), and two eggplant sides. the sides were disappointingly tiny dollops. Overall, the veggies were fresh, the meatballs were tasty, but as with all of these types of restaurants, skimpy on protein and sides. The servers were friendly and welcoming, serving with a smile. The ambiance is spare with a cafeteria vibe. Parking is plentiful and it's a fairly good deal for the price. Nothing to write home about or shout from rooftops. Good enough is appropriate for a foodie palate.

I was visiting from out of town and my friends took me to Cava. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store. The staff was great. I had never been there before and asked a lot of questions. They were very kind and helpful. I loved the food and hope they open stores where I live soon!
