Nice clean boba place. Came here with a friend to try it out. Reasonable price and the have a lunch combo with a small free tea for $10. Service was good and friendly. I got the buy 2get one free and an order of the Cha oc. Cha oc was about $8 and quite good. I wish the magonado smoothie is a bit less sour and a bit sweeter though
I went there and got a few drinks including Jasmine Green Milk Tea. Popcorn chicken was pretty good and I would give it 5 stars but the popcorn chicken came last. And also the Popcorn chicken was not as juicy as other places.
