When I ordered a love it size and it was placed in a like it size and then the employee realized that she made a mistake. Instead of redoing it all over again, the employee placed the like it size container into a love it container. That is cheating. And charging the customer the love it size. That is wrong. This happened to me twice on different occasions. Never go to this location

Had the worst experience at this location. We got there 5-10 min before closing, the staff was so rude, and had already put away most of the toppings. And for $9 for a small, we got jipped. And good luck trying to get a hold of management. They are unreachable, and no one ever picks up the phone. Never again.

After working at cold stones for 4 months, I would never go back there again. Even if it's for a family even or just a quick run to get ice cream. I am Mason S. Once of the only employees the had in a while who did there just and had great customer service. But there are many reasons I won't ever go back :1. They over work their minors on school nights. I've had many instances where I've had to work 7-8 hours by myself on a school night and I had no time to do my homework when I got home. 2. The place isn't ever really clean. When a mess was made, most employees would push it aside and not clean it up. There's been a time where no one cleaned the bathrooms for a week and we had to lock them from customers. 3. The majority of the employees are rude. Even after being there for a while and trying to teach the other employees great customer service, they would refuse and wii or ups still be rude4. They're violating so many health and safety codes. There's been times where I've had customers complain about hair in the ice cream, and I've even had to toss a few tubs of ice cream because of me finding hairs buried deep in the ice cream. After discovering it the first time, I mentioned it to the manager who makes the ice cream, but after doing that she got offended and I was scared to loose my job. Even though you might think of going to cold stones because you want ice cream, please don't. It's expensive and it's just cheaper to just to go to Vons for pre-made ice cream there. It might be not as good, but it satisfies that ice cream craving you needed and you don t run the risk of any of the 4 things I mentioned. Stay safe everyone.

I love Cold Stone, pretty much always had. Always had great experiences! Though, this one wasn't as great.First of all, I ordered Mint with Chocolate chips mixed into it. I noticed there was some vanilla ice cream in my icecream... turns out the title scouper thing-ys they use had vanilla icecream on it. That wasn't the main thing but it also shows they don't clean or some days don't clean them. The staff was also teenage girls, which seems fine. But, the person who was taking my order was on the phone with someone which was super annoying, and whenever I tired to tell her something she'd look at me like: " Really? " then at the end i heard her say something before she hung up. " Hold on this lady can't wait two minutes " Which pissed me off but I didn't say anything.I also got two gift cards since It was my neices birthday soon, and we were going to use them as prizes. I got them both with 10 dollars on them. They charged me 20 dollars + tax but on one of the gift cards it only had 5 dollars. I don't know how they could mess up on that. I hadn't noticed till I was on my way home. The other girl working also just seemed serious and her face screamed: "I hate my job". This whole situation was just really 'icky' and uncomfortable, wouldn't recommend coming here... There are plenty of other great places to waste your money. I also noticed in my brothers icecream, he ordered chocolate and it was already really melted. Again, wouldn't come again. There are many other great Cold Stone locations, this one however is a HUGE no.

Came in today for ice cream for my birthday and left extremely disappointed. First off, I always get milkshakes, a lot of the time they never have milk. Once again, I order a milkshake and to no surprise they have no milk. So then I start trying other options. The one Ice cream I can count on, of course they have it but it's "too hard to serve". Then I ask for another ice cream with toppings that they always have, and guess what, they are out. My husband asks for a topping he always gets, and you guessed it. They were out. Went in for my ice cream to finish off my birthday and left with absolutely nothing. Not even a sorry or a bit of empathy from the teen working.

Very friendly staff. Young man gave an amazing service with a smile. I will definitely be visiting here with my friends. They have a few tables to enjoy your dessert there. The ambiance is chill. Highly recommended to hang out whilst enjoying your treat. They have restrooms. Perfect.

Normally this is my go to place for ice cream they always do a great job, but I have to give it a 1 star because this is the third time I have tried to pick up ice cream after 9 and they are closed. Please to whoever manages the store either change your hours on your official website and your yelp site or please make sure your staff is working until your posted close time. This has been such a disappointment since it is the only ice cream shop close by to this area.

We went to this location and definitely disappointed, especially when charging $9+ per child's size cup of icecream. I got to wait in line for 1 of the 3 girls to serve a long line while the other 2 sat near the computer in the office. A second one did eventually help. You could smell and see the burnt waffle cup liner as the smell seemed to be the timer (and they had a couple good ones on display). It was great to spend $20 for 2 small cups of ice cream, only to be given a kid-size spoon that bends in half when you try to use it. Yogurtland has better spoons for soft serve ice cream. When you ask for a new spoon (after yours bends too much), check your spoon as many have food on them. Lastly the cleanliness, the trash cans were over flowing and the chairs had dried ice cream smeared on many of them.At this price point, we're going to try somewhere we can at least eat what we paid for without the utensil folding over every bite, getting ice cream on our fingers.

Wow! I haven't gotten this kind of joyous service in forever! Mason was happy to serve and so patient for us to get our act together; plus the creation suggestions were on point!! Courtney and Mason were taking pride in a clean shop. This gives me faith in the next generation. I did however notice this location is very dark and I'm shocked it wasn't busier on Super Bowl Sunday. Thanks Mason for making it more than just ice cream!! You made my night!

The ice cream is delicious. There is a wide variety of choices-something for all the dessert lovers in your group, places is clean and the staff is professional, friendly and good at slinging ice cream. And you can’t be the location. Great place to get a treat after a hard day of enjoying the parks.

I read the bad reviews before going here and saw a pattern of "poor lighting" and "young girls". I don't consider either a legitimate reason to give a good business with a good product a bad rating. But wow. I actually feel compelled to write this review, and it's unfortunate that you have to choose at least one star because they deserve zero. And I'm not going to say anything about the lighting, it's an old building and I came for ice cream, not ambiance. The ice creams on display were half melted except one (Oreo cream) so I got it... imagine a bowl of the filling in an Oreo. Flavor on point, but eww. There were two girls working, one was having a conversation the entire time with a group of cheerleaders that came in and they were talking about which guys At School they think are hot. The girl helping us was wearing a shirt/jacket thing that was one centimeter away from us seeing her entire ****** and I already wanted to barf from the Oreo cream flavored ice cream. I can't unsee this experience or get back those five minutes of my life. I'm disgusted with this place.

I love the fact that it is so close to my house that I can always take it to go. This store is alway clean and the staff are friendly. It’s in a great location as well. It’s right across from IN N OUT for one and across from the movie theater. BEST ICE CREAM EVER ‼️
