The servers and waiters here were very helpful and kind but the manager was rude. She did not allow us to sit in the patio for happy hour even though there were only three other people in the restaurant in the bar. She made it a point to not connect with us even after we asked to speak with her and never came back to check in. Any other time if a bar/restaurant were busy, I would have understood, but this place was so slow she could have helped us better being it was my first time, and my friend who has been there before knows to have it better service.As a manager, you lead your team, and she was not a leader. She barely managed the restaurant to help it succeed.P.S salsa was mediocre and drinks were bland.

Had a classic Mexican combination plate with rice and refried beans. It was delicious. The salsa was flavorful and not too spicy. The tortilla chips were fresh and hot. The house margarita was perfect with the meal.
