The ice cream here was really good. I got taro and mocha almond fudge. The fudge wasn't what I would typically get, but it was so yummy! The coffee sweetness was just right with added texture from the almond bits. The taro had an wonderfully fresh taro flavor that I enjoyed. My partner said it was one of the best taro ice cream he ever had. I did eat it after the mocha ice cream so it was on the sweeter side for me but still delicious. And get the crunchy delectable goodness that is the ice cream cone!

Made special trip just to get dummies. They have none, really disappointed. How can a shop not have their item.Early in the day, so not sold out. Walked away empty handed.

Stopped by while at the packing district! This homemade icecream was super good! I got the strawberry cookies and cream (can't remember the full name) and Java chip. The staff was really nice in letting me split a single scoop to two flavors! The ice cream was creamy and not too sweet! Would definitely recommend!

This is the best ice cream in down. We love this location as well. Great flavors so we come again and again.

Noticed they rinse all of their scoopers in the same water and requested they got a clean ice cream scooper due to allergies (not nuts, other ingredient) to one of the products, yet a little later had hives and rashes appear on my skin and suffered for weeks because of it. If allergies were not able to be accommodated, I would have rather liked to know instead. A good number of the flavors were not available, which makes me confused on why they had to cross contaminate all the scoopers in one container. I got the peanut butter oreo flavor, and it was dry which was odd for ice cream. It was ok. Still reeling about the allergies.

They close the store quite earlier than the official closing time. I visited around 9:50 after leaving another restaurant in The Packing House, and they refused to serve us since they closed for the night. I would understand if there was a full kitchen to close, but this is an ice cream storefront with a minimal closing procedure. My first job was at an ice cream shop and we served customers right up until the posted COB time, even while the rest of the team were doing our closing procedures. Very disappointing.

Good standard ice cream with decent sized scoops! The peppermint chocolate chip is okay, I enjoyed the coffee Oreo flavor more for sure. Line moves quickly, no samples allowed. Casual ambience inside packing house.

Perfect place for a sweet treat in the Packing House! Unfortunately you can't sample any of the flavors, which is a bummer because there were some unique flavors that called to me. Service was quick and polite! You order at one end of the bar and then pay at the other end. I was glad I could customize the ice cream flavor on my brownie sundae. The double dark (dark chocolate ice cream with chocolate cookies) was delicious. Over $8 for an ice cream this size is quite expensive, but it's Anaheim. Super cute and tasty!

Not enough flavors to choose from

Small ice cream shop with many ice cream flavors. I was excited to try this place and ordered an ice cream sandwich with vanilla smores ice cream in between chocolate chip cookies. It was ok. I expected more from the ice cream. It was mostly vanilla ice cream so it didnt taste like smores. My friend ended up getting an ice cream sandwich too but from the ones already made and dipped in chocolate. She was also disappointed with hers and said it was rock hard, flavor was ok. Next time will skip and try a different place.

A must visit for any taro lover! They have a taro tea flavored ice cream that is amazing. Hans offers a variety of other unique flavors as well including almond roca, black raspberry cheesecake, circus animal, heath bar, passion fruit, pistachio almond, and Vietnamese coffee. All ice cream is fresh using cream for local dairies. In addition to ice cream, they offer shakes, sundaes, and frozen bananas.

They didn't have a lot of options. Don't know if it was the time we went. Friendly workers and small ice cream shop in the packing house.

No free samples and the ice creams melted super fast for some reason. Tried Peach & Thai Tea flavors--both were good. Expect a line, since it's crowded. Parking sucks a$$. Drive down to the public parking structure to save $$.

Been am here a couple times and It's a great ice cream stand inside packing house. No samples are given but the flavors will have you interested. Twice now I've bought the hand dipped products. The first time I got the oatmeal cookie sandwich and this last time I got a "drumstick" with vanilla ice cream. I love that the nut coating has crushed almonds and not just peanuts. Prices are fair and a good size, you might even be down to share. I did!
