I feel like this location is very inconsistent. I used to get popcorn chicken and one time it was overcooked and dry. Then it was undercooked and still pink. The garlic noodles with shaken beef was good but extremely greasy and pricey.

Came here on a Monday, but restaurant was closed middle of the day no sign specifying why. Came back on a Wednesday place was open. Went in place was really stuffy. Only one person working the front and kitchen. The employee was really friendly, good though was okay. Ordered popcorn chicken and fries. Both were really hard and over cooked. Definitely too pricey for what it's offering.

Got their pink flamingo (strawberry and mango) tea and mung bean tea and they were super refreshing! The mung bean tasted authentic and not too artificial. The pink flamingo had more of a strawberry taste than mango. Overall, good drinks but the boba balls were smaller than normal.

Quality and taste of the food seems to have decreased after the pandemic. Price has definitely increased do to inflation.

The girl at the front was sweet and kind. This review is not towards her. Garlic noodles with shaken chicken- 7/10Almost $17 for this plate. Basically chow mein, like the one that Chinese restaurants. with bell peppers and chicken. It was good, but not worth the price. It was EXTREMELY greasy. Full of grease!! I promise I am not exaggerating or being dramatic. I am better going off to a Chinese restaurant where the food is less greasy and cheaper. Milk tea- 8/10 The milk tea was surprisingly good, however too sweet for my liking, but it was great. Considering this is a "tea house," I would expect there to be different sweet levels. Added boba to it and the boba was good. Not too hard and not too chewy. A lot of the items were not available. The only menu is the one taped on the front but it's hard to read with so many labels and stickers over it. The T.Vs were off, there were quite a few, and there was no music. Pure silence. It was very awkward eating there. I think I might stick to takeout if I return. However, the place is really beautiful. Definitely picture worthy.

Here yesterday, around 630 p.m everything was great until the food came. It was all bad, the meats tasted gamey, old, tofu tasted fishy. The kimchi fried rice had no flavor. The only good thing was the popcorn chicken and plain steamed rice for my kid...and they didn't have coffee. My stomach hurt within 20 minutes of leaving and still feeling it today.

I had an awesome experience at this place. My servers name was Melissa and she was very kind and attentive. I’m bringing my family next time.

I love Hiccups. The food and drinks and the lunch combos are awesome. With that being said this location is such a let down. Every time I visit this location something is wrong. One day they don't accept cash. The next they do not serve food. The next day it's cash only. The day after they're closed for the day at like 6pm when the posted store hours show they're supposed to close at 8pm? This location always has some kind of issue whenever I decide to give them another chance. But at this point, I'm over it ‍ Tired of having to roll the dice every visit.

I got the garlic noodles with shrimp, I honestly expected something more. But, the noodles were basically chow mein and I added shrimp as well. It was still good!

A Shell of its self.Card only, no dine in, food not as good, menu is limited and they close early now. Used to be good but now Covid has really put a dent in how they operate. Sad Place nowadays.

Food is always really good! It only sucks that Covid and item shortages hurt their business and the menu items but what they have is always yummy. Friendly staff too

I ordered from this place online for pickup. Got 2 orders of the garlic noodles with the beef. We walked there and back (25 minutes there and back). Didn't feel like driving. And surprisingly our food was still warm and it was so yummy that I'm planning to walk there again! The only negative was that I wanted more cheese. LolOverall, the food is bomb and it still tasted good reheated as well since I couldn't finish it

Always get garlic noodles. Popcorn chicken is great. Wish they have more sauce though. Their matcha green tea was subpar
