Unique treats are always a must! I usually skip the sweets when taking the kids out and about but House of Chiminey Cakes was a must try! With a crispy cylinder cone reminiscent of a churro filled with soft serve and toppings for that social media snapshot you're sure to have a massive smile when you get that cone in your hand. With a peanut butter craving I opted for the make your own cone with vanilla soft serve peanut butter inside the cone and peanut butter sauce drizzled on top and it hit the craving spot on! The shop is small and each treat is hand crafted so prepare for a little wait if it's a busy day. There's only outside seating with about 20 seats over 6 tables as well. A unique fun stop I'm sure to come back to!

Went here to try the chimney cone primarily since I had never had one before. The menu here is very extensive with several set recipe sundaes and then a menu where you can build your own. After reading them all I went with the basic cookie one. The description had chocolate chip cookie and the photo did too. The guy ahead of me ordered the same sundae and he got it with a chocolate chip cookie but when I was handed mine it was made just like his but it had an Oreo cookie half instead. The Oreo was just the chocolate half and it was very hard compared to an actual Oreo cookie you buy at the store. I re-read the menu when I got home and it never mentioned various cookie or assorted, so I was a little bummed I got duped. However I am still rating the place high due to the fact that the other toppings were yummy and the star of the show, the vanilla glazed chimney cone was delicious. Imagine a glazed cro-nut made into an ice cream cone and they give you a very durable cardboard wrapper to catch anything that drips, better than any paper jacket or napkin you would get on a regular cone at some other ice cream shop. The only thing I wish they did different was serve hand scooped ice cream. I'm not a big fan of soft serve since it doesn't have that same hand churned taste you get from real ice cream.

I've been here twice. The first time I wasn't as impressed. The desserts are beautiful, but I wasn't as much of a fan of the overall flavor. The second time I went I got the dole whip with my sister. It was so good. I'm not normally a dole whip person, but it really it the spot. The person helping us was really patient with us and let us eat inside since it was raining when we came. The inside decor is really cute too!

Reminds me of the winter I was in Budapest. Chimney cakes are delicious treats they often have in the winter time across the Atlantic. Interesting to experience a cold twist. The artisan touch made it even more enjoyable. Would like to come back and try their Fashionista next time.

Very delicious and fresh. Workers were a little stand off ish and slow so I can’t imagine going when it’s super busy.

Overall, Easter Minnie ice cream cone we ordered was very delicious. But… customer services, cleanliness could’ve been better. My friends and I were waiting for our order, we had a family in front of us. We observed how they were preparing their order. One of the girls working on their order opened the wrapper to their fortune cookie with her mouth. Very disgusting, unsanitary and disturbing to watch. She then proceeded to wipe her bangs out of her face and move on to our order. We politely asked her if she can change out her gloves and wash her hands as she’s suppose to after touching other surfaces that’s not food and asked to redo our cone as she was already started on it with dirty gloves. She rolled her eyes and walked away, and moved on to another order. She walked outside to hand them their order, walked back inside WITH THE SAME GLOVES AFTER TOUCHING THE DOOR HANDLE, and wanted to start our order again. At this point we were being annoying and made sure everything was clean when it came to our order because that’s what we’re paying for. The other young lady then proceeded to help her and made our order. Yes it was a bit busy, maybe a little to much she could’ve handled that she wasn’t paying attention to the little stuff, but it was a big deal after all the unsanitary and disgusting things we saw her do and handling food. One time thing, will not return

My friends and I were so excited to finally get to come to this place . We drove all the way from Moreno Valley just to be disappointed. Don’t get me wrong .. the food was delicious. The problem was the young lady ( not the one w the red hair) kept touching EVERYTHING with out changing her gloves . The people before us had ordered ice cream with a fortune cookie.. tell me why she opened the fortune cookie with her mouth and then proceed to spit the wrapper out infront of her .. I politely asked her to please remove her gloves because they were so dirty and She touched her hair. She changed them out but then went to give someone their ice cream and touched the door..didn’t change out her gloves or washed her hands. So once again we had to ask her to change out her gloves . I’m just left wondering .. do these employees even have their food handlers card? She was also very unprofessional rolling her eyes after we politely asked her to wash her hands and change out her gloves . For the manager .. I’m sure there’s cameras.. date of visit Sunday 3/24/24 @ 1:04pm . Please review ur cameras .

Took my kiddos to get some ice cream they ordered the minie mouse one and they didn't put the bow on it had to ask them and she made a snarky remark to coworkers over the fact that I asked for the bow. To top it off the girl had glove on preparing everything and then touched her hair and grabbed the cake to place it in the paper.very disappointed..the ice cream was good..but the service wasn't.

While the treats here are very very cute... it looks way better than it tastes. The cone we got was literally raw... very disappointing. The service was very much focused on giving people Instagram shots and not really giving all customers good service- overall a disappointing visit.
