A very nice, still quite new-looking restaurant from the Ihop chain. We were served quickly and the drinks came quickly (very small glasses). Unfortunately we only asked for a refill again when we had already finished eating (over 15 minutes without a drink) and that at $5.60 per drink!! Why so expensive? The competition nearby is cheaper.The food is also significantly more expensive than in other branches. Strangely the competition at the same location has identical prices to other branches. The portion was very small. The meat was only lukewarm and the mac and cheese was completely cold. These were exchanged after I pointed it out (but it took so long that the rest of the food was gone by then. We don't know what the problem was here today, but the fact is that the waitress was very nice, but she had far too much to do and was overwhelmed by it. We're not coming anymore, it was definitely too expensive.Parking: There are a lot of them behind the houseWheelchair accessibility: Possible without any problems

It had been a while since we had eaten at an IHOP, and I am glad we stopped in. Our server was excellent! Friendly, attentive, and very polite. It is always a better experience when we get service with a smile and our late night server made it happen since we walked in the door! Kudos to IHOP for hiring a great employee front of the house and back. Because the food was delicious and not greasy. Well worth the new prices on the menu. Love the selection as well. It was very hard to make a decision. Thank you! ? ?

This location is special! I have been to so many Ihops but none of them have had the same impeccable service that was at this location. The servers were all kind and attentive making sure that we were well fed and feeling good. The ambiance was also nice as there were many people but our food still came out hot fast! I got the blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes and it was alright. The pancakes were really fluffy and there was a plethora of blueberries in the pancakes. However the pancakes were quite dry and there wasn’t enough of the delicious tangy sweet ricotta dip for the amount of pancakes. The price was quite exorbitant as it was $20 for some pancakes which is wild but it was still pretty good. OVERALL I definitely recommend this specific location to others and make sure you try the different flavors of maple syrup!

If I could rate lower, I would! After being seated for fifty minutes and complaining about everyone entering after us and receiving their orders, we finally received our partially cold food. No additional service was offered, such as drinks, napkins, or jelly until we were ready to leave.
